I am stubborn when it comes to having another person come run a machine but man when we did our playground expansion the guy who spread the dirt and power raked it with the skid steer it was incredible! Way better than I could have LOL

A tractor and trailer is 53ft some longer are you sure about the size. I have been told that build all you can build and if the wife ask offer her a storage room in it 👍

Looked like the bobcat driver was pushing a lot of that red dirt into the grass he was pushing up .red dirt must been dumped to close to your pegs . Chris from let's dig would had the job done fast . He is a good operator on any machine .
in UK, building regs. won't allow wood to go into the ground, how do you stop it rotting out?
The fast2k product prevents rotting. But we also use concrete or nothing at all

Put gutters on and add a rainwater tank for storage.

You sure know how to get a commercial done several times. Take a gum wrapper and fold it on itself several times and its quite strong. Have you ever thought to ask someone like Chris from lets dig eighteen on the sub compaction or underlayment? You have used this fellow several times an he jumps out of his rig, punches the clock then lets you pay for his greasing his machine..... just too many reasons for someone like me to not ever try it this way... might be its all ya need in your area. Absolutely would not fly here in alaska. We just poured a forty by sixty today here for our small parking spot for some of the equipment here. Had lots of rebar for the foundation.... used a sheepsfoot roller for compaction
