Computation of SPI with TRMM Monthly Precipitation Data using SPIGenerator

The steps involved are:
1. Download the TRMM satellite data from giovanni.gsfc....
2. Prepare the data and compute the monthly SPI with SPIGenerator execution (program available here: www.droughtman...)
