Many other parts of the world have what is called 'Duty of Care'. Essentially, it means that if you are the last person to contact someone acting crazy/having medical issues/etc, then you are responsible for giving at least a measure of appropriate care until the proper services arrive. If you were the last person to talk to 'Morgan' before he threw an armchair out the window, then yeah, it's your responsibility to try and talk him down until police arrive.
Just to add to that, most people would stop and help. Whether they feel they have to or if they want to. Most areas in Australia are safe, well, safeish. You can usually stop to help someone, and it's ok. The worst thing is that they're not your kind of person, and you're tied together for a bit. We don't have the same kind of crimes here that you have in America. It's usually ok to help someone, and we all have a duty of care.

Randy is A1. I just saw him last year in Seattle. The show was a roar of laughter the second its started. But you have to watch the WHOLE show. He is not just a comedian. He throws in bouts of philosophy, faith and genius to bring it all together. He does not preach, he just opens the mind for you to ponder.

If I remember correctly from an audio podcast interview with the puppeteer, Heath McIvor, he actually does have experience working with the Jim Henson Company. Yea I find his biggest strength as a performer is in storytelling. Obviously he's a great puppeteer, and he has some jokes sprinkled in, but his shows lean more philosophical and go through a journey relating to some sort of open-ended point.
