I have six of their holsters, both IWB and OWB, and have found customer service outstanding. Several of them had fitment issues. On each, they sent me a prepaid label within ten minutes, and returned the adjusted holsters in 10 business days, all to my satisfaction. I've changed my go-to holster maker to ANR as a result.

Surprised to hear you keep going with a company who’s holsters have had several fitment issues. Most kydex holster companies are able to get it right the first time.

@@SlimCowboy As you've discovered, each pistol has its own issues that can't always be resolved with the first holster iteration.

What were some of the issues and how did they resolve it?

Before they put a screw under the trigger guard as you have, three OWBs of mine were too tight. They refitted them and returned them in ten days. They added the screw after that on the later ones.

Sounds like they were beta testing a holster on the customer honestly. I’m glad they at least made it right for you, but I’ve gotten a lot of kydex holsters from a lot of different companies and only two of them have ever been poor enough quality that there was an issue right out of the box (this being one of them).

Sweat guards are a preference. We also fulfill requests to chop them off completely, all the time. For future reviews, don’t compare Leather holsters to kydex holsters. They are not the same, and will never be the same. People need to stop trying to force the comparison.

I’m sure in their company mantra it includes the wording “exceed expectations” 🤓
