Aww bless you Jordan, sorry you are feeling so poorly. I bet you can’t wait to break up for Christmas. I hope you do take some downtime, you so deserve it, you work so hard. Really well done on your wholesale order 🤗🤗🤗
Thank you soooo much. I cannot wait to have a rest, but also very aware that this is the season I earn such a huge portion of my yearly income so trying to push through 😂😴
Hope you feel better very soon. ❤ From someone who spent years unwell with a long-term iron deficiency, I wanted to say that the overwhelm you’re feeling right now, and the frustration you have over your health will pass. Sometimes it feels like it never will, but I promise you that everything changes and passes. Be patient with yourself and your body and know that you are doing more than your best. ❤
@@daisyanna22 you’re right! I was bed bound for 2 years and I think it just awakens this panic in me now of ‘is it going to get THAT bad again?’. Hoping for the storm to pass ♥️
Yes, I remember that fear all too well. I think that’s normal if you’ve ever been through something like that. Everytime I get a bit exhausted now my brain likes to say “Is this how I’m going to feel all the time now?” But remember that everything is temporary! I must say, therapy helped a lot to be able to get rid of that specific anxiety. Try to look after yourself if you’re feeling burnout. Rest up and go easy on yourself. My favourite phrase is “Nothing in nature blooms all year.” And it really helped me a lot. ☺️
@@brandylucas1783 ahh yay! Watched it back and thought LOL I look like I’m trying to be a RUclips chef haha 🧑🍳 but I love to cook. The dressing is delicious and so good with the sweet potato’s, kale and apple salad! X
Awk, I'm sorry you're feeling poorly. I get how frustrating it is! I have chronic back pain and every December I'm constantly in pain and just have to push through and hope I can come off personable and pleasant lol Best of luck and congrats on the new stockist!
I hope you’re feeling better soon! Another great video ☺️ have you even thought about hiring someone else to work for you full/part time to help out when your mum isn’t able to? X
@@emandmjtravel Yes, it’s probably the 2025 move to make. I haven’t any other years because January-May is so much slower that I wouldn’t have work for someone else, but I think this year may be different 😂 and I’ve always had a significant amount of help from my husband in the evenings and on weekends. We don’t really ever have a day off 😴 x
Hi Jordan another amazing video!! I’m just starting out and am looking Into the legal side of things as I do have another job and wondered if you’re a company or sole trader and If you know anything about this subject that could be helpful to those of us starting out in the candle business realm. Look forward to your next video 💗
@@Lillianmave I am a sole trader at the moment but coming up on the VAT line I think next year so probably going to be changing to a company in tax year 2025-2026 I think. You have to register self employed once you take profits of £1000 (or that was the figure when I did 3 years ago). So you don’t need to worry until you’re at that. Then just keep a good log of what you spend and what you make, you can claim back certain things like a phone, fuel for markets, subscriptions. Hope this helps, should be able to help more with the company side once I’ve made the transition. I have an accountant though so definitely not claiming to know how to do it myself ♥️
@ also do you use some sort of app or system you could recommend to track all the monetary side of things (expenditure/profits) or just plain old spreadsheets ? 💛
hey I run a business from my home too and have chronic illnesses. Its so hard to do but you really have to put your health first. I don't do markets for this reason and put all my energy into my online work instead. Piling too much work on makes me crash for even longer. Hope you pick up a bit soon.
I think next year I really won’t bother with markets, I already cut down most of them this year. Just too much for my body and luckily I’m at a point now where the online is so busy I don’t NEED to be at markets which is nice 🥰 thank you for your comment ♥️
@@WILDRACECO Yeah i think it makes sense to do that next year then. One thing I've found that helps with my wholesale orders is to give them more reasonable wait times on their orders. Otherwise I rush around like an idiot and make myself more ill. I do have to force myself to stick to those boundaries though as i do like to please but it deffo makes me poorly otherwise. Take care. Loving your vlogs xx
Moju ginger shot - a weeks worth in one bottle (10ml per day) (you can get it in Waitrose) with half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, hot but it passes really quickly. Guarantee it will get you over your cold quick smart. I take it every morning and haven't been sick in years 🙂Hope you feel better soon.
I’ve seen these!! Didn’t buy as thought it had loads of added rubbish but will have a look tomorrow when I go! Will be a lot easier than the concoctions I’ve been making like a little witch over a cauldron 🧙 🧪😂
