    I love what your doing in a high quality classroom, and your method of easing the anxiety of students. I am currently taking calculus classes, but I still watch your videos on algebra 2, geometry, and statistics for refreshments. My cousin benefited from your videos too, because he lives far from my reach. Keep doing what your doing. Love yay math.

    i'm very thankful but let me be honest i really hate math and i think it is all my math teachers fault for making things so complicated. i really hoped i can get better at it. because Arabs invented algebra and because i'm Egyptian my math teacher always tells me that i have nothing to do with my heritage :D because i do not like math. but u made it easier not just because you're trying to eliminate the amount of stress when it comes to math but because you really teach so good and you make it very simple. thank you very much for sharing your amazing teaching skills, u truly could change a lot of peoples life and this is amazing. thank you :) :)

    Thanks for teaching me about the use of factorials, i got confused with factorials with my dad but now i fully understand it. Just one question, how do you get the denominator at 09:15 because it has confused me alot after i watched your video, if you could tell me i would be happy.

    How would you do this question using this method? The answer is already known to be B.
    6 students of a nursery class are playing a game. they are standing in a circle and have to pass a ball among themselves.How many passes are possible?
    The choices were:
    A. 32760
    B. 15625
    C. 30
    D. 36
    E. 46656

    • @BlackMambaKO
      @BlackMambaKO 10 лет назад

      Cus there is 5 passes and 6 students and each can do 5 passes. so it is 5^6

    Question? at 23:20 you had 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 as numerator, and 2! 2! as denominator, you multiplied the denominator giving you 4! then you cancelled that with the 4 in the numerator, but just the 4 when previously you cancelled from the four down. Factorial 4! in the denominator should cancel the entire 4! in numerator but you just cancelled the 4. What did i miss? Shouldn't the answer be 7x6x5?

    • @xLouieTheLipx
      @xLouieTheLipx 11 лет назад

      this is the first of your vids that confused me. Again the the last problem you cancelled 4! (4x3x2x1) in the denom with 4! (4x3x2x1)in the num, but then in the denom multiplied 4! by 2! to get 8!(8x7x6x5x4x3x2x1) then cancelled that with just an 8,........ not 8!(8x7x6x5x4x3x2x1)

    • @yaymath
      @yaymath  11 лет назад +1

      xLouieTheLipx Hi Louie, thanks for your message. Keep in mind that 4! times 2! does not equal 8!. The reason is that 2! is basically equal to 2. So it would equal 4 x 3 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 1.
