I like this judge she give constructive critiques and tells how to fix things. Plus she has commented on choreo and directed the comments towards the choreographer instead of the dancer.

woah it was very obvious how she forgot when we see the full solo, never completely understood what she forgot when it was on the show and the way the damce was cut.
She wasn’t injured tho, she was “allowed” to dance, cleared by the doctors, however, my experience with a broken foot is that the first two weeks it still bothering a little bit, yes she can do better than this, but she forget a part and improvised, that’s why there’s posing and walking around.
Honestly the 1st season is the best place to start but they tend to fill a lot of contextual gaps to where you could realistically start anywhere. I still think starting from the first episode of season 1 or 2 would be optimal

ok i’m not a dancer so idk if this is a dumb question but how do these critiques work like does paige listen to them after or does she hear them during the dance like when does she get to listen to these?😭 because it sounds like she’s talking to paige right now idek sorry if this is dumb
The judges have a microphone they talk into so you can hear it in the recording but you can’t hear it on stage. It would totally mess me up if you could hear the critics during the dance 😅
This judge gave better critiques on one 2 minute routine than abby ever did on any dance through her entire career as a dance teacher

Most studios have students listen to critiques when they get back to the studio so they know what to work on!
