‪@PoliceCamEncounters‬ Police Helicopter uses its FLIR Systems camera to locate suspect. Around 12:10 a.m. on Oct. 8, 2021, an aircraft crew found David Tracy hiding in rough terrain along the frontage road of Route 66 about two miles west of San Jon. NMSP reports that Tracy was taken into custody and arrested without incident.
