- I've played so many videogames in my life, but never have I ever played anything like Va-11 Hall-A, a visual novel that is not afraid to tackle serious topics while being so grounded with the uniqueness of a Cyberpunk setting. With incredible writing, a phenomenal story and unrivaled atmosphere. This is a game that has changed my life, and today I'll tell you all about it.

"VA-11 HALL-A Is A Life Changing Game" is a life changing video.
LordRegent giving me the idea for the title of the video was a life changing moment
Va-11 Hall-A kinda has the "Berserk effect". It's not for everyone but those that like it absolutely adore it and it's incredibly hard to explain exactly how much raw humanity there is in this story to someone who hasn't experienced it. Jill will stay with me as a character for many years to come, possibly my entire life. I first played the game more than 5 years ago and i still think of it regularly and try to play it at least yearly around megachristmas.
You know this game also has a collab with the Mobile Game Girls' Frontline. The story of that collab is also as Good as Va-11 hall-a you can read the story on youtube, it's great!

Like dude, this year I played The Great Ace Attorney and I fell in love with it so much I thought no other visual novel could rival it, and then a few months later VA-11 HALL-A achieved that, I love both games a lot but for different reasons. I can say they're some of the best I've played this year
@@TheGameShelf yeah this is exactly how I felt but with the Steins;Gate vn. Never thought anything would rival it for me till I played VA-11 HALL-A. Both amazing games but VA-11 HALL-A managed to earn a special place in my heart. I think you worded it best when you started talking about Jill being a good literally me character. Even with all the dark and depressing subject matter it covers it’s still an oddly comforting game.
I've been lgbt nearly half my life at this point, and I struggle a lot with feeling like a person. This convinced me to try it right now, I hope it can help me find a light in myself

Its been a while since I touched a VN, but this video showed exactly why this genre is so entertaining and fun. I cant believe I slept on Va-11 Hall-a this whole time, and the worst part is that I only heard great things about this game all the time. After watching this video, theres no excuses, im coping it. Im pretty sure this will destroy my feels, but some wise man once said: :"The strongest choice require the strongest will". Bless you The Game Shelf (TM).

About life-change games, the one that really change me was Death Stranding. Man, I really became a better person after that game, seeing the example of Sam Porter Bridges in his journey.

I have no words to explain how much I love this game, and I'm really glad you got the chance to play it. It's something else to me, more of an experience than a game. I will always remember that I played this game because RUclips decided to play the full ost automatically after whatever I was listening to when I was depressed, and without knowing anything about the game I just bought it on Steam and played it.

I think the fact that some plot lines go unresolved is actually one of VA-11 Hall-A's greatest strengths. It has an ending, sure, but it’s only an ending for us, the players. For the characters, life goes on past the credits-we just don’t get to see it outside of a few brief glimpses like that one short story featuring Anna and Ford. It would’ve felt forced if everyone's plot lines had been neatly wrapped up.

I still remember the first time I finish it, when I realized it was the final day I didn't want to finish it. I wanted to know more about the characters, interact with them. But when I did I was happy, after finished the game I couldn't help but smile at the screen.
Va-11 hall-a made me true happiness again and still does. Whenever I listen to the credit rolls track I remember the wonderful experience this is. Also if you really enjoyed the ost I suggest you follow the composer in his social media specially in RUclips. He uploads the music he compose there.
