I was born and raised here. Bushwick now, isnt like before. Back in the 80s and 90s, even 2000's it was raw.
I grew up there in the 80s and 90s too. Bushwick Projects was BANANAS back then!!

I think by 2008 when the NYPD added those cameras a lot of the things on the block left. I remember Jefferson Street had three gangs on one block.
70s- early 2000s it was crazy. A lot of mobsters in the 60s-70s in Bushwick.
