Your missing one
This video concept was super interesting. Just a thought, you could potentially maximize output and exposure while on something like twitch. That way you could be playing these games and attempt to do full genres (like best batman game or whatever ip). Then your audience could take all the best clips and you could just essentially copy and paste the content ending with a review.
This was great, definitely keen to see more - a series of different franchises would be fun!

Anyone ever notice how much Little red riding hood appears in shrek games without appearing in rhe movies?,
She did technically appear in Shrek 2 during the intro montage, I think she's the girl who ran off screaming when Shrek and Fiona opened the door for her.
I could be wrong but I think in the 2nd movie she was originally going to be a main character, but was cut halfway through production. Probably apart of the 1st draft.

In addition to her cameo in 2, she shows up in Shrek 3 having been a patron of the Poison Apple, she's apart of Prince Charming's invasion force and pick pockets a Dwarf.

i loved playing shrek 2 on the gamecube as a kid, each level has a different vibe and different gameplay so it never feels repetitive or boring. they change up the plot a little bit too so its more interesting. to this day i still quote lines from this game with my family and cousins

The level when you play as the blind mices and the one that you have the protec them was really something

Shrek 2 was one of my favorites as a kid. Alot of fun to play with friends
Shrek 2 for PC was actually really good, especially some of the later levels when you get to play as Puss in Boots. Except the final bossfight, which is just completely broken. Playing as Mongo right before that was pretty fun though
Yeah, I feel like the og Shrek game was originally going to be a game based on the "twisted fairytale" genre, with a generic monster like a bridge troll as it's main character. But as development was wrapping up, Shrek was released and became a classic, so Dice decided to pay DreamWorks and Universal for the Shrek license, and set development back a few more months making a new character model and story.

The KnowWonder Shrek 2 pc game is soooo cool to me. Each level has its own vibe and mood, while also being just the right amount of challenging. I've been playing it every few years since I was a kid, and while the nostalgia factor definitely plays a big role, I'd say that as a fan of old games and as a big Shrek fan, this one is certainly worth playing

i grew up on the PS2 version and the garlic carriage race used to drive me crazy lol

my dad went to lived in vietnam for a little bit when i was around 7. he brought home this massive box of obviously burned copies of disney movies, pixar, a whole bunch of incredibly illegal IP stealing media. in the very back of the box was a lot of rip off games too, there were at least 6 shrek games in the box, 2 were in chinese, 4 just didn't work on the wii because of region lock. i did recently homebrew my wii so i could play a lot of these region locked games, it was honestly a wild experience, just as much as this video was

I love Shrek 2. I have fond memories of playing it with friends and my brothers. We also used to play Shrek SuperSlam and Shrek Smash n' Crash Racing together. Dreamworks All-Star Kart Racing is a lot better than Shrek Smash n' Crash Racing. I played Shrek the Third and Shrek Forever After, but I didn't really find them good. I love how Shrek 2 is pretty much the fan favorite Shrek movie and it also has the best game of the 4 Shrek movies lol. Tbh, I never really understood the hate that most licensed video games get. It feels like the only time they get praised is if they're a Marvel game, DC game, WWE game, NBA2K game, or a Madden game.

Shrek 2 was one of my FAVORITE video games. I loved playing as Lil Red, and the Prison Break level was for sure one of my all time faves 💕💕

You missed Shrek 2: The Game. The PC version is completely separate from all the other Shrek 2 games.

Shrek2 PS2 and all the DS and Gameboy games are amazing. And yes even the Shrek Ogres and Dronkeys game.
The Magic Mirror voice actor was a staff member at Dreamworks, so it's not quite so impressive to get him for the first game.
Me and my cousins used to play smash and crash racing for HOURS when they would come visit, it was amazing back in 2007
I used to have the Shrek plug and play, and I remember that I used to always play the golf mini game that shit was low key fire to me
Shrek two was my favorite tbh played with my family on the GameCube
I grew up with all the Shrek 2 games (console, PC and gameboy) and it never occurred to me why each version was so incredibly different. The PC version wasn't anywhere as good as the console one but it's not bad, the world just feels kinda lifeless especially in comparison to the console game
The ps2 version of Shrek 2 was extremely hard but fun.
Was upset when I didn't see Super Party in the thumbnail, but hearing it be in the first sentence, I was very pleased. This game fueled rivalries between me and my siblings. It's definitely at its best with 4 players, and when I tried to introduce it to my friends, I have never heard the end of 'bug economics' jokes.
