What it sounded like you said was that they were seeking $125 billion in capital with which they would make high risk/reward investments and return 5 1/2%. So investors assume higher risk but not the higher reward because the fund/beneficiaries captures the upside. It’s a good cause, but I wouldn’t consider it a rational investment.
