1. Launcher won't change anything. The hex installer is designed to only theme the Samsung one UI launcher and other parts of the system. It doesn't touch any launcher and the launcher doesn't touch it. So, you are fine here. 2. No, every time you want to change the plug in, you'll need to do the whole process except the hex plus step in the settings. you won't need to change the hex plus in the settings. That stays on until you turn it off yourself. You'll just have to build the theme and go through the steps. Hex plus is one time only.
It's not broken. There are instructions in the hex app that you'll need to follow. You have to connect your phone to a pc and use ADB. Samsung fucked the whole thing up for everyone in their last update.

@@MyReviews_karkan I honestly feel bad that you have to answer my barrage questions but what happens if I change the navigation bar to that iphone X looking one will it do anything to the theme or the good pixel q defaul navigation bar ( recents, home, and back that is automatically chosen when you get the phone) theme that came with the plugin theme?
Uninstall what? Themes? Plug-ins? Themes can be removed by just applying the samsung default theme. Plug-ins can be removed from Google play store just like any other app.

I'm almost about to get hex but one thing if I change the colour of the volume panel from sound assistant will it do anything to the theme itself
