Previous owner had someone install an in dash switch that had battery power running thru it. They just cut out the original wires and ran their own bypassing the relay. I found your video helpful in solving my problem because you clearly identified each piece. After looking at literally a hundred pictures of stock parts in their proper locations, none were as helpful as a few minutes of explaining how to hook the wires up. Thanks a million. Really.

Aluminum brazing sticks you heat your corner up with a green hand held torch or heat gun then hit with the stick and apply heat to the tip of the welding rod .It will allow you to weld any seam together. Js
I want to do this exact same setup for my 92 Z28. Do I need a derale fan controller though? And where did you get that switch to turn the fans on from the dash?

Nice kit. Must be nice to have the room to fit those 2 large fans! The C6 cannot fit much. The dual H.O. Spals take allot of amps wonder if you found that out the hard way like I did.
can i run one relay to run dual fans on my ford edge suv is not a race car? idk how much they draw tho i feel like they draw more then 35 and i have a 30 amp relay and my switch keeps melting... shoulkd i run like 70 amp relay ?
@@klowny1969 where should I put my circuit breakers at tho? My duals fans pull 22 amp I got 30 amp relay and 30amp fuse with a 20amp toggle switch is that fine ?

I just gave up on my camaros electric fans lol and put a flex a lite fan with custom fan shroud works great

Sounds like you wired the relay to a constant hot, not a switched 12v
