    Penek Sitnumnoi is a retired Muay Thai fighter from Phatthalung, Thailand. He had a technical style which proved tricky for shorter fighters in his weight class as he made use of long weapons such as teeps, knees and middle kicks.
    Penek's most successful year as a nak muay came in 2011 when he won the Lumpinee Stadium championship (126 lbs) and the Channel 7 Stadium championship (130 lbs). In addition, he was awarded the Lumpinee Stadium Fighter of the Year award and the Sports Writers Association of Thailand Fighter of the Year award.
    Penek beat many of the best fighters of his era such as Pakorn Sakyothin, Petchpanomrung Kiatmoo9, Sam-A Gaiyanghadao, Sagetdao Petpayathai, Kongsak Sitboonmee, Saenchai Sor Kingstar and Seksan Or. Kwanmuang.
