I'm self taught and I consider myself an advance beginner and i'd like to say I managed to sew a dress on my own with similar sleeve using the exact same technique (which I didn't is a thing) you used in sewing the sleeve and arm hole. I'm proud of myself and I'm glad many others can also use this technique, thanks to you.
Working on this one right now so I guess I am the one starting stopping and replaying the video today all the time. It does work really well though, making a lined 👗. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
I agree with Brandy, below. It is so nice to see an entire blouse being finished. I also appreciate how you let us know which is the right side throughout the video! Could you perhaps, also, include what seam allowance you normally use, and maybe what kind of fabric it is? Thank you for all the work you do in giving us these wonderful tutorials.
Thank you for the tutorial! It's actually refreshing to see a WHOLE garment, instead of pieces!!! Thank you again, love your channel!! You are an amazing seamstress!!!
Just sew a blouse using this technique and at first it is daunting but i was able to do it. Just many pauses and replay but Idid it. This is my #1 style of sewing with a lining. Thank you very much .
Thank you so much for the tutorial, I love the way you made everything clear to understand without too much talking. It's so refreshing just to watch and understand your practical explanation !! You are a wonderful seamstress !!
Thank you for this tutorial! I was lost in other tutorials. I was able to follow you step by step. Thank you for including which side is the right side. Happy Easter!
No one does better than you😊 Thank you for no talk and ONLY action videos. Your tutorial is my best. Wonderful and very easy to understand and follow your instructions. I enjoy every video of yours. Many many thanks.
Many thanks for sharing how to do this…it’s extremely helpful. I’ve often examined my favourite tops, to see how they have been lined. Now I can reproduce them. Thanks for showing all the steps so clearly. Have a wonderful weekend.😊
Wow! I just did it for a sleeveless pencil dress and the result is so awesome... Perfect designer finishing I got!!! Thank you so much... You are such a great fascinator

oooh the burrito method ! it was very simple to understand thank u .next time please do it with sleeves i can't find a video on that any where( besides one only and she made it with same lining and main fabric so it was not so clear)
You have beautiful hands that work in such an amazing way. I follow your videos. These go against the stupid way the patterns are written and what order I was taught that items needed to be completed. Your welt pocket instruction was an eye opener, makes me feel that I too can do that. Thank you for sharing your talents. I would love to know how you figured out all you do. Are you self taught?maybe an awesome someone that shared their knowledge? So awesome ❤
Hello, beginner sewist here🖐 may i ask why the second armhole at 6:14 doesn't use the burrito method like the one at 4:16 ? Was it shown to teach that there could be 2 different methods to sew the armholes or does the second armhole has to be sewn in half? Would really appreciate some answers, thanks in advance🙏🏼
I missed that she didn’t burrito roll it and so I accidentally burrito rolled the second armhole as well and mine turned out great. But my project had wider shoulders so she may have found it difficult to do it that way with the thin shoulders.
Excelente.. Gracias por tu tiempo. Me encanta tu canal, enseñas bastante con tus videos. Tienes algún video de cómo forrar un vestido sencillo? Gracias de antemano. Saludos desde Venezuela 🇻🇪🤗
Thank you so much for this. I knew the "burrito" method but I am working on a dress with 1.5" width shoulder line and the "burrito" would have not work, but you second method will work like a charm. ♥🥰
I have been staring at a half finished bodice for the better part of a day trying to figure this out. Thank you so much for this! It’s exactly what I was looking for. You’re an absolute gem.
