I do still drive and if I had my druthers I'd be driving a 370Z but I can't get in and out of it LOL. Keep up the GREAT work and try and pace your self. From my point of view maybe getting a team ready that can take care of your car for you might be a good idea relieve some stress off you by just going to the tune appointment, getting the car to the comp location in time for you so you can relax and get your mind ready for the driving. But again this is just my idea love the content and continue taking care of yourself, the wifey and your firstborn😊

Sam, sit down, take a deep breath & do the next thing you have to do. When it's done do the next thing, then repeat. You'll get it done, one way or another. As for spark plugs, buy a box of 10 & put it in the glove box of the truck. Those are your emergency supply. With any luck they'll still be there when you sell the truck. You'll never forget plugs again, as long as you've got the ones in the truck. BTW how's that elephant going, I noticed it's not at the shop. Hopefully it's somewhere having the window tint changed.
Fun fact... K&n filters are banned from most track orgs here in the US for motorbikes at least, as the spot welds for that nut on the top would randomly start to leak... 🤷🏽♂️

Spark plugs are notorious for breaking from the smallest touch so please everyone no matter what height the plug drops from it is going to be broken so change the plug no matter what.

He spent more of his time filming videos of chinese turbos and other things instead of troubleshooting his race car and preparing for the competition but he didn't and now he says he's stressed when everything could have been avoided in the first place. Maybe the livery wasn't ready yet. Maybe the wiring loom or the person to fix it was busy with other customers. Don't be so judgy. The guys doing his best.
Really?? do you follow Sam at all, or any of the collaborators of this FD Program like SideX? the FD car is at SideX being prepared with a lot of new stuff and correcting other problems. SideX is also preparing Yukio Fausto's car wich was completely revamped, and also doing Mike Racing's Chaser wire loom and relay box. So before you talk out your ass, take the time to learn what's happening in the backstage and don't go and blame it on Sam. also the guy just became a Father!!

Truthfully, I would just copper check ngkrs.... like just a couple of bux and then just change them EVERY event.... simple..... Copper plugs are one of the best....

@@rickybugg2385 Yeah, he actually competes in drift competitions. He isn't a bad driver per say, he just doesn't seem to take advice and doesn't concentrate on the basics, ie. the hand brake is not really required to initiate a drift, you should learn to use the inertia of the car

Hey brother I think this is a good time to shift your focus more to formula drift put the toys away for a lil while and when you get the car finished do nothing but practicing you spend so much time with the other cars by the time you get back to the fd car you have to readjust all over again honestly you need about a month straight of you practicing and pushing the car to it's limits this is only viewing your amazing life through your channel I just hate seeing all the blunders that should've been worked out before comp day we can put up with fd content for a while don't forget you owe Okuchan a podium position

I'm new here so somebody help me out. I thought Sam had a different pink FD S15 that was more stripped down than this one, one that was a previous FD competition car. I clearly have some catching up to do.
He has two pink s15s one for competition and the other just for him. he just hasnt done a vid on the one just for him in a pretty long time tho so i guess its new for some people :)
