    I truly hope Formula 1 will keep Massa around. The guy has been racing since forever and is very knowledgeable and really cares about the sport. Also he can tell the story from the drivers perspective even though from nature he seems te have something in him of a racing director.
    The way he explains things is always very clear, he knows perfectly how to describe the difference between situations that seem the same.
    Just to be clear, I though it was a good idea that he retired. He hasn't been as fast as he used to be, and he wasn't really a character or anything. But when you look at the things he's saying I think we need a guy who can define racing situations like he can. Also, the way he's been dominating Stroll, means that he still has racing legitimacy.

    • @ThomasNing
      @ThomasNing 4 года назад +3

      Logo Firstly it's about minimising risk; secondly unfortunately as we've seen recently crash structures (crumple zones) only work once; thirdly you cause a pile-up like the rest of the track and the race is red-flagged, except that corner is much more high risk at race pace than the others.
