Fernandos 2012 season has been the best individual season of the last 30 years at least. Change my mind
Individual season? I'd say Lewis 2020. Even though the car was obviously a monster, he did little to no mistakes. Mainly strategy mistakes, but that's my opinion.
@@SpectorEuro4 Yup best Lewis season so far alongside 2018, but i think challenging the title until the last race with the 3rd/4th fastest car has more merit. If F1 was fair Nando would have won that title. Anyways saying Lewis 2020 isnt anything crazy.

I don't want him to be in a midfield car, I want to see him fight for that elusive 3rd WDC and he will probably be too old for that by the time 2021 comes, add also being away from the sport for 2 years, and the only way he can win is if he goes to Mclaren or Renault and they suddenly develop a dominant car ( like Prost 1993 Williams-and even in Renault he still may have to deal with Ricciardo ) or he goes to Ferrari and beats Leclerc through consistency, but I think Leclerc will improve even more next year, especially in terms of consistency ( Leclerc was already incredibly fast in the second half of this year, outqualifying Vettel 9-3 after Canada ).

I'm not sure Nando would look back on his thousand yard gaze after losing out on the championship as one of his funniest moments.
Funny thing is, he's actually staring at Massa who is hugging his family/mechanics i forgot, instead of contemplating his loss of the championship
Fernando recently revealed that the reason is that he was waiting for Massa but he was curious why Massa was crying like a baby! He was not reflecting on his own loss of the championship.
