I am not upset about this transition into wife content ππ I absolutely agree with not letting resentment build up! Obviously you need to pick your battles but I'm very much a person who can't hold in my feelings for very long, and I think it's very healthy as long as you aren't just jumping on them the moment they get home like you said π
I got married around the same time you did Lizzy. My wife and I have a mutual understanding. Certain chores are mine and certain ones are hers. It works out real well.
Lizzie will laugh at this in 5 years when she looks back
I'm not married, but this video helps. Thank you as always.
Thank you for the app recommendation. It's just what I need!
Okay I aint married but these tips could work on my family we are SOOOO bad about being in top of chores
Congratulations on your marriage Lizzie answers . I hope it goes well and that it lasts . God bless you !!!!
If you have rust rings in toilet, looks for The Works, toilet bowl cleaner. You may have to order it. It'll do what the Tydee bowl man can't. Also tub and tile, there's the works tub and tile. When nothing else works, this will.
Then stained cookware, EZ OFF works on it the same as the oven. It gas to be heated.
You're right, where one can be friends with others, but it comes to a relationship as marriage, things that contribute for success is similiar background, as beliefs, education, etc. A person doesn't need say a college degree, as some are self learned, but it's general things that relate to each other.
Yay, the long awaited cleaning video!! Did you ever get a microfiber cloth sponsor? I could only see that you would want help if you had a bunch of kiddos running around. I had an excuse though, I was going to school full time, and working part time, and really busy with church. I liked "She's in her Apron" channel. Lot's of cooking and cleaning videos for a housewife. She's not vegan though.
Do you still have your how to clean your room video up? LOL. I have a schedule I don't follow, but in theory it should work........ Kitchen, MON; Bathroom TUES; Living room area/bedroom area WED; makeup day, THURS. I'm in a studio, and I could clean in about 2 hours max. That App sounds so cool, is it free?
Smart idea, make a list. My ex though could not read. Not for the lack of being able to read, he had some sort of disability. Not dyslexia, they couldn't figure it out. Once I wrote down a letter on a piece of paper and asked him to read it. He could not. I always though we shouldn't have been forced to pay tithing. The two of us were both low income.
Do it out of love. This is definitely a newlywed thing... after 5 years of marriage I just do most of it, tired of things not getting done properly and most men are not genetically made to understand this.... the resentment part will pass when you put love into it like Mary did through out her life. He better be doing more than you in different things
As long as he's not a slob like socks in the middle of the floor and his work clothes everywhere etc then the cleanliness is mostly a women thing... garbage and recycling can be his job too

A woman's house is her nest, just like a hen. Where guys usually can care less about the home being all cush. Which the woman can get out cut grass, clean and paint the house, etc.
These are things that should be discussed before marriage so there's no breach of contract, which a marriage is.
Guys, find a good Russian or Ukrainian lady.
I know some Russian and Ukrainian women, and they are great people. If you are think you are going to get some sort of 'old fashioned wife' out of Russian or Ukrainian women, you are deluded. The divorce rate in Russia and Ukraine is higher than in the US. Find a spouse who shares your values.
@@isoldam You know there's a lot of Ukrainian and Russian women single. Initially because of Soviet/Afghan War. Then the alcoholism in Russia has been attributed to the war as well as economic condition. Which women get tired of having a drunk especially if abusive.
These are modern times. Women have modernized too. Washing machine and dryer, dish washers, etc. Where for the most part under normal conditions it isn't that big a thing keeping house. One person I was talking too had a robot vacuum cleaner going while talking.
A couple of guys at church had Russian wives. Which they seem contented.
I do not think I have old fashion values. Old timers, this is how things were and have trouble with the new.
But, I appreciate your comment. Which communication can be a problem even speaking the same language. I'm a bit too old for such anyway unless I were a millionaire.
