Nice list of pros and cons! I use disc notebook exactly for the smaller footprint because it folds back on itself. When there is limited space, it makes a big difference!
I've used arc notebooks on/off when I was a teacher! I liked that moving the pages wasn't as loud as opening/closing rings and being able to flip the notebook on itself was really handy for taking up less table space and for writing confidential notes. Something else to note is that the ring spacing is the same on the arc notebooks, happy planners and filofax repositionable paper notebooks! The filofax punch shape is a little different but the arc punch still works (though the pages will be slightly looser compared to the standard filofax notebook paper).
One of the unique features of the Ring Binder is the ability to easily remove a single page from the book and then replace it. Down at the bottom of the page my handwriting suffers from my hand being off the book and my writing angle changes. With the Ring Binder a single page can be shifted higher up so that one's hand can continue writing whilst still resting on the pages below. This, all the way to the bottom of the single page, at which point it can be returned to its original position.
I have the same one I use for work and I love it. It's the perfect work notebook
You got quite a nice example and for the price you really can't go wrong with that one.
I have been waiting for this video!

Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate that.

Some super points! Thanks for your feedback.
I didn’t know what an A5 was until I’ve been involved with stationary. A4 is American size for the most part.
I’ve never had a binder like this one. I’ve seen them.

Just checked and I have three of these and the arc hole punch
Great price. Even if you throw it way.
I agree. I was very pleased with it, especially since it also came with two unopened packs of inserts.
It’s always tricky to write at the bottom of a page.
Agreed.
Good concept but how do you insert or remove paper?
The pages have slots that attach to the discs, so you can remove, or add, as required.
