Impressed with that performance ... we get snow here like that about every ten years ... tossing up whether to build a a blade or a snow blower for my Gravely ... Just love the way the Kolher gets the job done buy just chugging along Go Gravely thumbs up
Thanks to you and your camera person! I plow deep snow with my Li. I usually wind up pushing a half blade or so on a diagonal and slowly work my way down the length of the driveway. Once the bulk is moved I angle the blade and run the length. Is surprising how much these little tractors can plow with that curved blade.
@@jtslandscaping7669 I have both for my Gravely 546. The plow gets used mostly, in my area of NW Indiana. Gravely's are beasts and that plow blade is HEAVY. Has to be two to three times thicker than any plowblade on a typical riding mower.
@@jtslandscaping7669 Haven't seen any of your other videos. But I have the 30" bush hog and it is amazing also. I have the non-steering sulky and the steering sulky, both are nice depending on the situation. I also recently got a 50" mowing deck, but haven't hooked it up yet.
These are great. Chains and dog bones with the blade straight. Couldn’t you just listen to that Gravely engine all day long…. They sound so good. Beautiful video. Wish we had a blow in again down here in PA. John
I think, that people watch a channel with great content (which you no doubt provide). I think people subscribe to a channel that provides value to them ( which you no doubt provide to some viewers) I suggest you just keep doing what you are doing and your subscriptions will no doubt gain. Just remember that only a percentage of people will find value, most will just be entertained.
To get the snow to slide off the blade i lined it with an 1/8" thick UHMWPE sheet. A 2'x4' is the exact size to cover the blade. the wear strip holds the bottom and drill/tap six, 1/4-20 holes along the top, pan head screws hold the top. Snow slides off and doesn't need paint.
Did you lose your tarp that day? Cool ole gravely. I keep seeing them for sale around here and wondered how well they plow. I used to run one with a brush hog on the front

Yep, great machine. But for future reference: Dry powdery snow, like the stuff in this video, use the SnowCannon. Wet slushy snow, use the Plow blade.
Thanks for Watching our Videos but that’s all I have is the Plow

Somebody on YT built s semi V plow out of a 48 inch blade. I really want to get another blade and try the same thing.
