Magolor's laser attack can't kill you unless it sends you flying into the wall. The laser will leave you on 1hp. I'm pretty sure the mod breaks the knockback the laser has. I know the revenge of dreamland mod does the same thing sometimes.
Man, I still wish there was a Master Crown EX/Soul because the initial fight felt so easy. Along with it not using some of its big attacks when it was controlling Magolor like the super abilities, Portal lasers, or dark energy shapes.
