Bro im 67 a bengali from Kolkata n a keen lover of Indian classical music n been watching many life perf of great masters since early 70s i remember Ustad Zakir Hussains first life show in kolkata may b 1974 he was so young then he accompanied a katthak dance n on sarangi it was Ustad Sagiruddin Khan the show still beat my memory let me tell i hv watched all d tablji right from Alla rakha, Kanai Bose, Govind Bose, Shyamal Basu, Shankar Ghosh , Kishan Maharaj, Samta prasad , Keramatulla khan , Swapan Chowdhury n lastJan 2020 i hv watched Zakirs solo perf here in kolkata but i dont hesitate to say Zakir Hussain is d ultimate in Tabla .
Plus Zakir is a great human being i remember the sound man wanted to give him a bouquet n Zakir surprisinly touched his feet on d stage before few thousand spectators ac spellbinding gesture from such a super star .
No brother try to find God in humans n any living creatures even d nature , God see n recognise ur action not your donation . Ur fair lifestyle is ur religion .
Asha ji is one of those very few who maintained such voice at this age.

At this age people are not able to talk properly and this mastro is such difficult tanas with absolute accuracy and swiftness. These two sisters who came with a gifted voice took that gift to an amazing level which perhaps nobody will ever be able to reach. Her versatility is simply unmatched. An accomplished singer. There is no form of music which she has not mastered. She has outstanding control over all the notes and minses them as she wants.
The two sisters are the living musical form of God. If one wants to listen to God, see God, meet God, one can feel so with them.

kya zaroorat hai ye debate start karne ke liye. Bharat Ratna truly deserves Asha Bhosle (and not the other way round). And that too because of her sheer talent. The word versatile should use example of Asha Bhosle while being defined. But kucch log hai jo "chosen one by god" bolkar god ke messenger bante firte hai. Aur ye hi soch un logo me bhi hai jo ye sab awards decide karte hai. Koi fayeda nahi ye debate se.

Music is very unforgiving, it demands pakka sur and control over singing. With due respect to Asha-ji's age and cult status people should be more accommodating, thats for sure. But as far as singing in pakka sur is concerned, music can be very unforgiving. Please pardon me if I have overstepped.
