- In this video I give a full in depth tour of 4 different vehicles as part 2 of 4 of my new video series of back lot dealership start ups: a Volvo S80, Cadillac Deville, Ford Windstar, and a pontiac Grand Am SE V6. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of these cars while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicles themselves. I also show the engines and the details of them, start them up and see how they sound under acceleration. Visit Monroe Motor Company's Website if you want to inquire about purchase prices of these vehicles
My dream car never ceases to amaze me, nice work Grand Am!! After being abandoned and drenched BADLY in water for who knows how long, you can't kill them! They easily go beyond 300,000 - 400,000 miles, can take a hit, pack a punch, reliable, tough, easy/inexpensive to fix, have AMAZING stereos, and are QUITE fast! Kyle thought there were extra speakers in the trunk, that's how good a 14 (almost 15) year old car was and still strongly is. Oh, and the steering wheel controls were most likely damaged due to someone having their cigarette too close, P.S. I LOVE the Grand Ams!!!!! :D (And Kyle, WHERE ARE YOU??! I'd LOVE to visit this backyard lot!)
Is that a Bose sound system? My dad's '23 High Country w/ Bose speakers doesn't even have that much bass.
I love how you remarked at how the Grand Am's Stereo sounded! The 1999 - 2004 N Body Sedans came with REMARKABLE stereos. Owning a 1999 Alero myself, i know how amazing they sound.
It sounded so good and Bassy homeboy had to go and check for subs in the back 😂
7:29 Idk why but I LOVE the " 'F' note" door chime. I wish general motors had that door chime in more of their cars.
Or in this case, 'F' note
I like it
@@ZeldaACFan17 my bad
E Note
My 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue has that same chime
you need to invest in an actual jumper box
that caddy had a very spacious interior
Yeah and he said it stinks ☹️
Volvo's. Though as rocks. What else do you need?
Whenever i see this Grand Am, i remember 1998's Lethal Weapon 4 :D
Car is the same color as the one in the movie too lol...
or the previous owner of the caddy had really long legs/arms and drove from the rear seats.
amini77 that might be false that owner had disabilities and was in a wheelchair
It’s a joke Jesus Christ guys
@The Lapitans
It is cool to
KKKKKKKKKKKKKK U KILLED ME
Demarco Rosas that might also be false he’s an enderman

It annoys me when people comment, asking why you do the things you do when you review, because I'm afraid it'll change how you go about showing these cars. So, just to provide support, I'm subscribed to you for a reason, Kyle, and I like the "little things", like the gas cap opening, dry steering, revving, horn honking, and button pushing. That's why I like watching these videos above most others on youtube. Don't change.
Thanks for sharing Kyle. Some of those cars could be cleaned up and put back on the road with a little work. They do not look too bad. Some look like lost causes. This has been an interesting series.
Volvo's never die! (:
Sander Van marle sometimes true
But some times not.
Demarco Rosas v
Not true my grandpas 04 s80 died at 250k miles
Disgusting
Pontiac has always had amazing speakers
Jordan Kay those speakers were in the trunk kind of
Jordan Kay yeah may pontiac rest in piece... i hope gm brings back pontiac and saab sometime
@@GunnerDrives even if they do it's just going to be all the same plastic garbage they're never going to be the same as they used to be back in the day those old Grand am's and Grand prix's Run for miles no matter what condition they are in
And I know that cuz I see them all the time
Kyle you need a battery booster pack (google it) for these battery jumps, the clicking when trying to start the cars is from too little power from the jump battery, or an incorrect connection. These little booster packs in whatever brand are designed to start just about anything! I keep one in my trunk just in case.
1:29 I got the same sound on my 03 expedition when it wouldn't start
I'm really shocked on that windstar...only 67k and they just let it sit? My Windstar had 200k Nd was going like a trooper...there really reliable vans
Zachary Jones there’s probably not much wrong with it besides the fact that they probably fucking forgot it back there and the battery is dead and even with the jumper can’t start It probably just needs a little TLC and she’ll be running and purring like a cat in no time
Zachary Jones ur profile is a Nissan Versa!
They are not reliable
@@coopergardam2460 you can't judge the reliability of a car off one small piece
my dad says when the windstar was new the whole ford company was called by people "found on road dead" and my dad also said that windstars were the worst
I bet the owner of the Cadillac had REALLY long legs
jamesbensch6 It may have belonged to the world's tallest man! LOL
Hamilton Dashcammer false the owner ended up with with disabilities
Hamilton Dashcammer good one
Eli O lol I don't remember but yes I am the owner of the Kia
Don’t forget the long arms!
Out of all the cars back there I'd pick the Pontiac in a heart beat
Aaron Kellams I have a poneact grand am GT ram air v6 turbo sport to fast
I dont blame you
I love that Cadillac! And the Pontiac too!
That Pontiac is awesome.
Hi Kyle love your videos of these start up ino some of them are old but its good to see some of them start up agen id love to see some old hatchbacks I once owned a Renault 5 gt turbo was a realy good car but it got to old and had lots of issues with it so now I have a 206 gti
Hey Kyle, I miss these old videos! I wonder if these cars r still there!
Kiiii
I like how the volvo S80 had Infiniti floor mats.
Jay Morseman how did that happen
Demarco Rosas He Means The Car Brand Infiniti
My mom's Silverado had floor mats from a Lexus.
That Grand Am had to be a 1999. Thats body style started then. Great video!
Whats up with the seat belt in the windstar
i guess it got tangled up
I think maybe they do that for towing maybe to keep the wheel straight, but Idk
At first look, I thought it was one of those dreaded passive restraint belts
The ford windstar has a dead starter motor try replacing it with one of E Bay
Or it needs gas
I love your videos, my friend, forgive me writing you in Spanish, your reviews and greetings from Colombia are very good!
I have a 99 black Deville and really was hoping you could get the Deville going. I love my Caddy and would love to see more Cadillac reviews. Just a thought. Any way keep up the good work.
Yay Grand Am!!! And i know! I have stock stereo in mine, and everyone wonders if i have custom speakers and whatnot in mine because they sound so good
8:35 one of my favourite songs by Def Leppard! 😂😄
I love it too. What's funny is that this song comes on a few of his other videos.
Harrison S Oh I didn't notice that
Conner Scott bring on the heartbreak
Yes, bringin' on the heartbreak.
Same
The Volvo is in such a great condition! It should be restored.
I like Cadillacs. I particularly like the older ones.
You're hilarious! Keep up the funny vids man.
Pontiac has the monsoon audio system
My favorite dream car is the Cadillac Deville from 1996-1999 of the 90s from General Motors. 1:47
@mikeluscher159 actually, the Theft Light is SUPPOSED to Blink with the Key off. if you notice when Kyle turns the ignition on, the Theft light turns on for 3 seconds, then goes COMPLETELY Out. that is the Normal Anti-Theft Proveout. I have a Ford Job Aid that says that stuff is NORMAL.
This video got recommended 11 years later, how lovely.
Loved the S80 =] i LOVE Volvos haha wish i had one
When you boost the cars, give it 20 seconds or so to just pass some current by then start it.
7:43 gotta love your Pontiac
Amen
The engine light in the volvo isn't on, that is the service light for routine maintenance. Its easy to clear.
Sounds like the Windstart would start up perfectly with a better battery..
Nice video's. I've seen 'em all. Greetings from Holland.
Why was the Grand Am sitting? It started right up, sounded good when you revved it, so I'm curious. Did the transmission go, or was the undercarriage rusted out (the water on the floor)?
So why were these cars in the "back lot"? did they end at the junkyard or were they fixed and put on road. Thanks for posting.
Cadillac has come a long way
The song is bringin' on the heartbreak by Def Leppard. Love it.
The wind star couldn't start Cuz it didn't have enough juice for the starter
That's what I've been telling two other people
Why was the seatbelt wrapped around the steering wheel on the Windstar?
Talk about back seat driver in the Caddy! Think it may be time to charge the jumper battery, though.
im pretty sure that that volvo had infiniti floormats, lol. great video kyle
1:47- 4:10 1997 Cadillac Deville in REALLY BAD shape: no front seats, glove box is broken.
Randy Tejeda and it stinks, probably of mildew.
But the Chime sound is 😍😍
I died laughing 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@ThatGuy-ik7ox piece of junk
The Caddy has the no seat option I like it!
Lol
was it really uncomfortable sitting in the "front seat" of the cadillac?
Something is definitely wrong with that Ford windstar’s antitheft system, two long beeps at turn on is not normal! How I know this is because we used to own one,
Why are so many cars in the back yard with so little miles? They have a lot of life left I think! Especially the Grand AM. P.s. if the water getting in is the same problem as Buick Century, I think it's because the drains are either clogged or the rubber strip above where the cabin air filter sits is missing/fallen off and needs to be glued on.
caddy is worth saving, add a couple seats, new paint job and she good to go LOL
great videos kyle! definately a nice little change from ur usual videos lol
The Grand Am would have a Monsoon stereo, not Bose. That's kind of a oddball car. It's a SE, but fully loaded with the 3400 motor. You usually only see that many options and that engine on a GT.
With the Ford Windstar, I'd say it has no fuel. That's why it stalled immediately after starting.
That Volvo needs saving. 110,000 miles in barely run in! Amazing car - wish I could save it 🤕 T6 too - only weakness is the stupid GM automatics
Ah! She Lives!! LOL
Yo shut up or fuckin your mouth dont say stupid
@@chriseditsyt99 u good bro?
What do you mean? its just the fuel door
gm makes really good sound systems
I mean did you sell them. The ones that work. And start.
Why don’t people just disconnect the battery if they know it’s going to sit...
Could you track down a 2000 Windstar SEL? I'd love to see a review on one because my grandfather used to have one about 10 years ago. It'd bring back a lot of memories... Thanks.
Is the Windstar Ford's answer to the Voyager? The body shapes look pretty much identical.
@Bajaheat exactly he was trying the van too early, it barely had enough power to turn on the gauges and it's clickin which means there's not enough juice to roll the starter once.
Try your jumper box on the dead batteries. that could possibly make a difference. other than that awesome videos
Those Gauges though 7:43 just fast
Why would some one remove the front seats and the enter center console and just leave it? Poor Caddy....
first this is in the dealership backyard.and when we had oure dealer we had old cars
to i washed evry 3 days.
mi parents had a volvo amzone and a 340 1.4 winner automatic 340 sucks
love the caddy and digital dashboard and the grand am.
i wander if they restore these cars or rot them away
Kyle you're going to have to get a battery and hook it up to the leads on the cars Davidsfarm style.
what attracts me in this video is the ford windstar
Why don't u fix up half of those cars and sell them
Clyde Hagar They have probably done it recently
MrPeteragent probably not that Windstar though whatever the hell was wrong with it probably a dead battery but it was able to crank the first time there probably isn’t much too terribly wrong with it it just needs to get all the usual things checked out when the vehicle sits for a long time
@@silasmcgee3647 or it needed gas because the gas gauge was at E
I've never seen leather interior on a grand am se before. I thought it was only available on the GTs.
benvw1999 the seats might have been replaced
The 1998 Grand Am SE was discontinued leather interior and interior color, GM even discontinued the extra radio and seat controls on the steering wheel, THEY EVEN STOPPED PUTTING THE AMAZING SOUND SYSTEM IN EM! GM cars die everyday...
I wonder......How long has that Ford Windstar been sitting? What's wrong with it? Why is it in the back of the lot?
pontiac stereos are good, my GP has a great system too
if you're gonna make more back lot start up videos are the batteries are dead bring your jumper box. other than that. awesome videos
That Grand Am is loaded!
all that pontiac needs is a good cleaning and your good to go
perhaps the Caddy belonged to shaquille o'neal at one point
Did you ever get rid of the the cars there.
What close with the wind star seatbelt ??
Why is that Volvo just sitting there. It's in great shape!
Ikr? Poor volvo s80 1999 :(
What the heck is with the gauge cluster on the '99 Grand AM? I mean those things look a bit rickety, even if it has been sitting out back for a while.
The Volvo looks like it has Infinity mats. 4:47
because it does have infinity mats.
That Cadillac is a true "love mobile" Lots of things can happen in that thing lol
Love Volvo S80 👍😍😍
can you do a startup of the black bmw in the back next to the windstar please?? i think its the 750..
are they for sale? if so, how much is the volvo and pontiac?
I like the Volvo s80
The Pontiac has a great sound system
My mom has '96 Windstar GL and it runs great!!
what ever happen to the cars i meant i was asking ALSO SAABKYLE 04 ALSO HAVE YOU EVER KEEP THE CARS OR JUNK OF THEM OR DID THEY GET TOWED AWAY saabkyle04
It amazes me that people can let good cars go to complete crap. That Pontiac was excellent, just needed to find the leak in the windshield.
@randomrazr I believe its a combination of Vehicle Age, the Chemical makeup of the paint and clearcoat, and if it was taken care of properly.
Would be nice if you did a tour on the Windstar.
1:48 I previously had a 98 Cadillac deville, which was in great shape, guy who owned it before treated it as a luxury car, only drove it on weekends. Before I traded it in for a new vehicle, it had a little over 85k. It was very nice, my favorite thing was that smooth ride. Never had driven a car so smooth.
In 3 years it would have been a classic.
+An7one
+Anthony S. So is my 96 a "classic"?
The Deville doesn't even have front seats. Car must have been abandoned or something.
Conner Scott 😂
@saabkyle04 kyle did u try taking the back seat and putting it in the front by back i mean the bench
That can't be a 1998 Grand Am, they redesigned them in 1999 and the IIHS gave it a poor rating
Hayden's Productions late comment lol but that’s what I was gonna say
Hello Saabkyle you start that volvo
I'll take that Windstar and Grand am!
