I'm really glad I never bought that Makita now

We bought a Georipper and used it one season. Now we avoid using it through any means possible. Not user friendly at all. Plenty of power, but the lack of ergonomic functionality makes it worthless.

So right!? Not at all user friendly. I think maybe I just expected too much out of it

I agree on the generators I have about 3 broken ones laying around, for me the IQ was an expensive purchase that we barely ever use. Not saying it’s a bad tool, but I paid 3k 3 years ago and have probably used it 5x. We do a lot of square patios so just not useful in a lot of situations, and last one would be the bartel 1750. I know a lot of guys love it. I absolutely hated it. Because of how small it was it was almost like too heavy and I could never get an even compaction. Sold that thing long ago and went back to Weber cr3.

We do use our IQ saw a lot with caps and blocks. Not so much with pavers though

😅 The irony is that the 3 worthless tools did NOT come from Harbor Freight, but the Predator generator you like did. Usually it's the opposite for me.
