Yea. It’s pretty big and expensive. My next video is my own home. A lot more affordable but still a very impressive building
Enjoyed seeing this condo's green, peaceful grounds and an actual available condo. It's deck was a nice size. Such a great location too (Market Market and High Street).
If I lived in BGC and money was no object, I think I would live there.

I love it here in BGC. I moved here the 1st of April and looked at about 25 condos before I chose the one I'm in now. I love being able to walk anywhere.
Why so many? Most of the condos are pretty good and central in BGC
@@NicandPaddyVlog wanted to check all the boxes plus find one at a decent price. 40k for 60sqm. Only had to pay 1 month rent and 1 month deposit. I have an oven. 😊 and washing machine.
Nice! I always wondered what those apartments were, I see them in so many videos, always in the background when vloggers go to High Street.
I like the style of the buildings, a little more old school not so ultra modern, and they’re low rise. Gardens are fantastic. Not so cheap to rent, but not bad as a purchase.

Yea. I always looked at them from the outside and didn’t think they looked anything special until I discovered inside. You can get smaller some beds for a lot less.
Yeah they look great inside, quite spacious actually. I guess the price is fair considering all the amenities, and the location.
Amazing location & units indeed! Well it better be for that price too! But much better to buy instead of throwing away hefty amount of rent!
Will show my place next. Much more affordable although it’s about 1/3 the size.
It's a beautiful place and I really like the design of that two bedroom apartment but it's definitely quite pricey! 150 thousand pesos a month is worth an upper middle class whole month salary in the Philippines!
Next place I do will be my own condo. A lot more modest 😊

Wow your unit sir its looks great and its so high wow nice and it's look actually quite expensive and how much sir pear month because next year i really want to go there in philippines sir and dose of places its actually look very different and i can't imagine sir and mostly of the high building, its look like in frankfurt sir in Germany hehehehe... the big city in Germany sir they have also high buildings sir and its look scary wow because if you, look down it's really high sir

I am from America, and I still find it slightly amusing that all these Philippines condos have maids rooms. You don't see that here. But I am digging it. I don't want to clean! Haha. 👍
Yea. Little strange when people live in such luxury and one or two people share the home in bee different circumstances. Was a big adaptation for me.

Correction, there have many many Filipino families have condo's in BGC they are the middle class & rich Filipino Families.
BGC is mostly populated by Filipinos
