suggestion: maybe add a callout for certain moves like a chat bubble appear over the characters head such as “Fireball!” think it could really work for the jojo moves. good luck on the game! also, to make skills unique, consider adding status effects like burn, shock (stun), poison etc. just another suggestion. don’t mean to overload, but another suggestion is possibly adding a passive selection system. like you can select 1-2 passives (however many slots you want the game to have) and you can have passives like +5 health every 10 seconds, spawn with a health potion, 1.2x movement speed, or maybe all attacks have a 50% chance to inflict burn. apologies for being a bit extra, but I would REALLY like a fighting game to do the following (just a suggestion). I would really love a sorta combo system of battery system. Battery as in bearing something up a lot and weakening it. So maybe if you pull of a certain attack then the inflicted being gets Max HP reduced by 5 or something every time you use the move. Or maybe after using the move the user has a combo bar appear and after the skill is used any following attacks contribute to the bar and when the bar fills up the inflicted takes more damage or gets reduced speed. I know my suggestions are a lot and I apologize, but I think these are some useful ideas that you maybe would want to use. I hope you find these useful and once again good luck on the game.

It’s quite funny actually. I wanted to make a roblox game that had tons of memes in it and found myself really liking explosions so I kept on making explosion scripts and watching random yt tutorials until I started understanding how everything works.
You need to make finishing moves where if a player/dummys health is red, you can click F to do a epic finishing move with like cinematic black bars and stuff, (maybe you can even make it where you have to click certain keys for it to work successfully.) Just an idea, please consider using this

Can you show us how you made the abilities and how did u make the combat system / the ground slam I'm not very good at scripting and I am hoping I can learn how to make a ability system also from a pro dev (Like you) its alright if you don't do it I just want you to take it into consideration :) .

Lil suggestion here, you could make some sort of determination bar that when filled up completely unlocks a special finisher move that deals a ton of damage. Not necessarily with damage as to not make a certain attack more op. Second suggestion, customization. I am unaware if this would be a beginning thing or a very end thing. Someone is gonna come up with a meta of some kind, so at least seeing different colors is always a nice quality of life, even if its just color customization. Ps, please no wheel spinning or crate opening in the future. If you take anything from my suggestions please just don't make it luck based.

everything youve made so far seems high quality and its clear you have quite a bit of experience but its seems to me like you just opened studio and "started making a game". there doesnt seem to be any consistency with anything yet, it just looks like ur making random attacks. Its a good idea to make something like a trello to keep you from straying from your end vision of the game.

I think it would be really cool if you added a 5th moveslot for an ultimate attack, if you were to and or take enough damage you could use a ultimate attack that did like 1/4 dmf or sum, If you were to add something like this I think it would be really cool if JoJo ultimate was a TimeStop (Sorry for the whole paragraph but i think it would be really cool if you did one piece movesets, like katakuri final move, gum pistol, armorment haki, conquers haki, gum gum barrage, dofflamingo strings, kizaru light beam, akainus magma meteor rain, can't forget WhitBeards Tsunami summon. I created bool values inside the player for every move in the game. The bool value is set to true if the player has the move and is set to false if they dont. With the ui, I made a placeholder select move button and then copied it for every move the player has.

guys, if the attacks don't work, it means that it needs to be configured, go to gear and write 1 2 3 4 in the moves
