Your mindset is top tier. 💯 I just told someone, on FB, that people wrongly say sorry when they should be say, “I apologize.” I can regret hurting someone’s feelings and apologize but not be sorry for what I said. I overthink constantly, if I said it you can be comfortable knowing I meant it. But, people (in general) avoid the mental process required in analyzing things. If I don’t GAF, I know it’s legit because I’ve already processed it.
