Guys the most insane thing is idk why Freeza didn't realised that but Goku tried to overpower God Of Destruction energy with he's basic form and it kinda worked a little bit xd What if he went SSJ Blue or even add Kaio-Ken xd He was in this energy for a long time as basic goku and still didnt get erased or destroyed. Goku is always trying to go higher and higher that's what makes this moment amazing.
Besides that, the reason why Goku can't transform is because Destruction Energy nullifies other energies, more so since Goku is inside, so Goku can't harness his energy and ki to transform inside
Hakai energy only works if they can't contest the energy back. Sidra only gave them a bit of energy to handle, so Frieza can manage to overpower it. What makes Hakai so dangerous is that against weaker energies do absolutely NOTHING against it. So if like 10 people are shooting at a regular ki blast and they can manage to blast it back/destroy it, it still wouldn't work against Hakai energy as it would just erase each individual attack, as they're weaker than the Hakai energy.
