My OCD thanks you again for your wire organization, hose organization, and having a clean equipment room. As far as the air shamees go, when I bought my wash, I thought they were a novelty and didn't think people would really use them, and I am SHOCKED how many people use them. All on the meter. It's crazy. Hope you see a good ROI on them. I wish I had an attic to get the noise out of the bays!
Great install video. Keep an eye on the nozzles. Mine split at the seams. Also the trigger plunger starts leaking major amounts of air. I replaced all 6 bays with the Air Logic nozzles. WAY better air flow and no trigger to hold. I had many customers comment that the increased air flow was amazing. Not cheap but worth the $700 in increased usage and customer satisfaction.
Hey great video I had a old car wash near me and would love a moment of you talk so I know what to look for and possibly negotiate when I give the real estate agency a call about the property. I also took pictures of the property and if you don’t mind me sending them to you. Maybe you can see something I didn't
Once you mention tracking roi I wonder if a timer could be added to the signal commanding the unit on, like an hr meter. Could give some inside on maintaining the equipment.
Stopped by today for a wash and you may already know this, but there are some issues in your second bay or maybe all of them depending on how it’s plumbed. The soap setting wasn’t doing anything and everything else using the pressure washer pulsated really badly. Just thought I would pass this along since I didn’t see any number on the building to contact.

Will that trigger wear the motor? Stopping and starting?
The trigger is more of a baffle then a on and off trigger. I dont believe it has enough restriction to effect the motor.
What’s your rate on consulting? It does not say on your link, just asks for a card.

any update on usage?
That would be a great video. The timers are getting racked up.
