Nothing Else Matters is THE Metallica song. When I was growing up back in the day, every single schmuck with a guitar could play at least the beginning of Nothing Else Matters.
Bro! You guys do deep cuts! I always tune in because you dont just hit the same songs every other reactor is doin. All 3 of "the unforgiven" are awesome.
Bleeding me is one of the biggest feel songs off that same album. Their most emotional track IMO excluding the outlaw torn. Both will do if you're looking for this era of Metallica
The Unforgiven comes in a trilogy. Unforgiven l, 2 & 3. With each on separate albums. It would have been best to start at the beginning, but ahh well...thanks for the reaction. :) Edit: My apologies. You were in correct order. I see you did the first one in September '19. 👊
I am not sure if you did the first Unforgiven, but there are three of them in total. Neither of the three are bad but I think I liked the first one most.
You guys looks like you enjoy rap? Lissen to spit it out with slipknot. Not many rapper today that can do it better than a metal singer 😉 good reaction guys ❤
Back In Black and Thunderstruck by AC/DC Welcome to the Jungle, November Rain and You Could Be Mine by G'n'R The Number of the Beast and Hallowed be thy Name by Iron Maiden Child In Time by Deep Purple (full length, do not miss the guitar solos) And more randomly: All Along the Watchtower by Bob Dylan AND Jimi Hendrix Paint It Black by Rolling Stones Der Holle Rache (Queen of the Night) - Diana Damrau's version
Look up metellica playing with the Newyork symphony its pretty slow and good . On rap look up spice one running out the crack house. Two short don’t fight the feeling. 8 ball & MJG
These were the days when hardcore Metallica fans were calling them sell-outs. It started with the "Black" album and continued afterwards. I see they are still around and giving your videos a thumbs downs.
Did someone tell these guys the divisiveness of old Metallica fans and new? Prolly why they got the down thumbs on this song. There are people who listened to them on cassette tapes that had a hard time with either the Black album or Fuel and anything after. Some like everything Metallica does... some like the newer stuff better. Some are stubborn. Haha. You can even get fans going on which was the best early stuff... Master of Puppets? Justice? Kill em all? I think it has more to do with when you discovered them. Opinions... we each have em. *I didn't say that this song was not worthy of review just pointing out what I have learned over the decades with my fellow Metallica fans.
It's a three part series. The first one (The Unforgiven) is better than this one and the third one (The Unforgiven 3) is also better than this one and personally it's my favorite but probably just because I've heard the first one way too many times.
Could hardly disagree more. I'd rank them in this order: 1.) The Unforgiven II - This could be anywhere from 1 to 3 on my favorite Metallica songs list, depending on what mood I'm in when making the list. Something about it just resonates with me and I can't quite put my finger on what it is. 2.) The Unforgiven - I'd probably rank this somewhere in the mid 20s on the same list. and in a distant third 3.) The Unforgiven 3 - I just can't get into this one for some reason and I'd probably put it somewhere in the lower third of Metallica songs if I were ranking them all. Probably near the start of that lower third though, since it's certainly not a "bad" song. Of course this is all just my opinion and I have no problem with other Metallica fans thinking I'm crazy, lol.
@@jaski2346 That's cool, I think it's because all of us Metallica fans like different songs to different degrees that they are as famous as they are. If everyone liked the same songs then the rest of their songs would (by default) not be as good in the eyes of the world and they would be less "something" than they are.
I find those that dislike Unforgiven III tend to dislike it stylistically. It definitely sounds vastly different from Metallica's old stuff and even miles different from what's on the Death Magnetic Album which in itself is a very different kind of Metallica Album much closer to St. Anger than any other album in the Metallica Catalog
No, i'm not a fan of country music. But Metallica has 2 country albums, Load and Reload. Try Mama said, Ronnie, and The outlaw torn from Load. And Low man's lyric, The Unforgiven II and fixxer from Reload. You should also check Whiskey in the jar and Tuesday's gone from Garage Inc. album
@@bobbyheilbronn8377 Mama Said is definitely "country" so no argument there. I'll give you Ronnie and Low Man's Lyric too, although I think the latter is a bit of a stretch. And with Whiskey In The Jar and Tuesday's Gone being covers, I don't really think it's relevant whether they're "country" or not. But we're just gonna have to agree to disagree about The Outlaw Torn and Fixxer, and for opposite reasons. I think Outlaw Torn has country style lyrics, but not country style music. And I think Fixxer has somewhat country style music, but not country style lyrics.
@@jaski2346 Mama said, Ronnie, and The Unforgiven II are the countries Metallica's songs. You can't expect Metallica plays full pledged country song, especially the lyrics, it's 2 different world. Many Metallica's fans were outraged by these 2 albums (that before st. Anger were released, it's outraged them more). Metallica has 2 cover albums, Garage Inc. and Garage days re-revisited. Maybe you can make video comparing the origal song and the Metallica's version. If you like genre bending music, try System of a down, Haggard, and Diablo swing orchestra. And please react to The Unforgiven I and III and tell us which one do you prefer?
