I had Modern Warfare for DS and I couldn’t even get past the second level of the campaign. No multiplayer.
I had all of the call of duty games on ds and played them with my friends when I was 10, best childhood ever
indiejacob Played it along time ago the DS port. A glitch happened one of the last missions of Chapter 2, making it unbeatable. It happens every time you get there.
It for some reason made the camera on the bottom of the floor, had a whirring noise when I moved, and I would die every time because I couldn't use the inventory or shoot. Just move like a robo-mouse.
CoD Black Ops on the wii has a cult following. It's been a guilty pleasure game since the days when that was my only "modern" console. There's totally a reason that games multiplayer still has around a thousand players online playing at a time, it was a legit game.

I've spent the equivalent of 84 days playing that game on the WII.

When you want an actual FPS on the Wii you do what I did and play Goldeneye 007 Wii. That game was amazing.

I still play MW3 on the Wii, it's basically a hackerfest and it's actually fun. I got it when it came out and as it's life ended, they stopped banning people. Then people started to hack it, giving it a second life.
Yeah. A while back, I played a match where everyone had LMGs with infinite ammo, and firing/movement speed was about 5 times faster than usual. It was nuts.
the fact there are hackers in the game makes the game sound dead to me.

It's me. The first time I owned a CoD was for my Wii, I never got a PS3 nor a X360 until recently. I had WaW, BO and MW3, and damn I slammed at Multiplayer. I had a really good time and didn't really have any strange glitch excepting I could never 'finish' BO campaign because it always crashed on the ending cinematic. Anyway, I finally got to see it on my aunt's X360, so happy ending.

Ahhh cod 4 on wii, it brings me back to my teenage self using the wii zapper that made me feel like I was actually shooting a gun and just playing that all the time because my family didn't want to get another console.

How were they cheap? The games were still 60 bucks on each platform. I got CoD MW3 on wii because the only console I had was the Wii. And I had said Wii because I was poor. Note: I got the wii in a Mario kart bundle pack for about $150

Most likely would be toned down, with Nintendo's family friendly guidelines. Better if it isn't on there. Plus no one would even play that, Nintendo's online blows logs and considering barely anybody plays online, Multiplayer and Spec-Ops would be dead. and the Switch just isn't ideal, and it isn't really that powerful.
I mean it could totally run anything before ghosts flawlessly. Anything afterwards would be downgraded, but still.

COD titles were legit good at one point. They were very fun and addictive.
Nowadays, since Ghosts, some of the games have been hit and miss, but it's not all bad.

The most relatable thing ever
Call of Duty on the Wii was apparently super accurate to control, and people had more accuracy akin to PC players than the other console players did. This was because the players used their whole arm to control the aiming, like PC players do. I dont have personal experience of this, but people that actually played competitively on the Wii for some reason state this.
Still, PC kills them all. Youre allowed to be pixel perfectly accurate there, and in short aim time.

Yep, played MW3 on the Wii and had pretty good accuracy, honestly funner then Xbox/Play Station. Would get in this chair on the floor,lean back, and be really comfortable. Took me a while to actually be comfortable with a standard controller.
Can confirm as a former WAW player, Wii aiming made you accurate as fuck. You could aim without the rest of your screen moving, which meant that long hallways were even more of a killbox than in console versions. You could effectively hipfire all guns (Hardcore mode with surpressed STG was godlike), and Team Survival mode was fucking tense.

Honestly it is a pretty good game series. The game supports skilled players and it was generally an enjoyable time. Although it is a bit of a time sink, and having to pay $60 or more a year to play it is a bit of a drag. I say this only having ever really played MW3 for a long period of time.

This video made me go out and buy every CoD game available on the Wii. No regrets.
Cod 4 modern warfare also had a NINTENDO DS port. I have a copy, the campaign is almost a completely different story, almost, same plot, different characters. For multiplayer one person with a copy was needed, however if everyone had a copy they would have access to more maps and guns.

Call of duty black ops wii online still had people playing last time I checked like 3 years ago, pretty decent multiplayer, jank as hell if you're used to the ps3 and 360 versions but overall pretty good :) I sadly don't play call of duty on wii anymore but I hope the multiplayer servers are still working and that people are still playing and enjoying the game and keeping the older call of duty games alive online

I enjoyed it, but is was a step down from their previous games, and not being a huge man of the series didn’t really help my opinion of the game.
The Cakeinater gamecube had more power than the PS2 and was right there by the Xbox.

I had Modern Warfare and World at War on Wii. It was the only console I had, at the time.
I recently found your channel when I was recommended a video. Decided to check it out and it was great. Made me want to subscribe to you. Since then, I've been getting more recommended videos and I've been having mini marathons and I forget to watch a video that was the main reason for getting on RUclips. Your videos are great. Informative, when the video calls for it. Funny jokes, hilarious skits, hilarious outros. Your Tinder video was the first time in the past month or so that I busted out laughing! I heard from the comments that Alax gave you a shoutout. I haven't seen his video but that's probably why your channel was recommended to me. I'm glad it did. This brings me back to my 7-year old self, when I wasn't allowed to play M rated games. All my friends were talking about Call of Duty and how great it was, and laughing at me because I didn't have it. So when I happened to see Modern Warfare for the DS, I grabbed it and told my mom all my friends had it. She glanced at the rating and said sure. (she was under the impression that all DS games were kid-friendly.) I brought it to school the next day and at first my friends laughed because I had a DS, but when they saw I was playing Call of Duty, they all sat down and wanted to play it. Ironically, they loved that version more than the console versions because you could take it everywhere. I don't play Call of Duty anymore, but Modern Warfare on the DS is still one of my all time favorites.
