Because she's only in the last part of the Island Of Sodor Introduction and the Engine Roll Call and they couldn't render Toby or Henry next to Thomas.

@@williamwaldrip9987, yep it is the only times I have to close my eyes during the Release are during both the start and end of the Song Boo Boo Choo Choo and the part in Gordon & The Gremlin.
