Fears to Fathom is prolly becoming my favorite horror game series ever, idk how but they absolutely nail the vibe of these middle of nowhere roads and towns. When I was in hs, I used to go thrifting along a long stretch in a nearby county, and after a while it all kinda blends together. This reminds me of that feeling, which would prolly be a lot worse at night.
14:07 if i remember correctly, there were two people. That's why one was upstairs and one was at the door. You could even see one of them go upstairs at the beginning of the game; a few seconds after you sat down on the couch (you were too busy devouring the lasagna to notice that though💀)

You need to make a noise when you peep at him through the blinds, when he hears you the second man will try to get in the back door, and when you check the front door, he’s already not there anymore, he’ll stab you when you turn around.
The creepiest detail in the "Norwood Hitchhike" is that when she was drugged and fell asleep the guy was in her closet the entire time. Joe mentioned she was making goofy noises that the others heard, it just implies that she was raped by the guy when she fell asleep. Dang

The “he” the mom referenced was the dad who took over texting for her after telling the kid to go to the door. I feel like the dad was in on what was happening, especially with the unexpected trip they took
