Smoked Chicken Breast

  • This is an old video that I resurrected. I don't remember how long I had to cook it - but, my goal was to keep it near 225 degrees. I now use the Traeger - so it is so much easier. Here is the recipe for that rub that I put on the Chicken Breast:
    1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
    1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
    1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
    1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
    1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
    1 Teaspoon Paprika
    1.2 Teaspoon Thyme
