Thank you so much for your kind words. Since you are in your mid forties and trying to conceive, I'd advice that you do a full fertility work up. That is, all the standard infertility tests. This would give you an idea whether you can use fertility medications or not. Fertility meds like clomid, should be used only under the supervision of your doctor.
See a gynaecologist pls Dont do self medication and don't ask people for drugs to use Just visit a gynecology and he/she will give/describe drugs to you, based on ur health/explanation/condition
The lower abdominal cramp can't be overemphasized. The pain could be excruciating that I wouldn't be able to walk or sit. Funny enough it lasts just overnight or for about 12 hours during the daytime. Our bodies are so wonderful. We just have to be more attentive to it. Thanks doc.

Hi doctor Please can old sperm in uterus stop the new ones from getting into fallopian tube 2nd , between old sperm in woman body ejaculated maybe two days ago and new released sperm which one has power to fertile egg
If your cycle is regularly at 30 days, minus 14 (as this is the typical length of a luteal phase), which will give you day 16. This does not mean you will 100% ovulate on day 16. You can then monitor cervical mucus changes, which tells you your body is approaching ovulation. Hope this helps

It's possible. Some of the factors to consider is the sperm quality and if you are having sexual intercourse at the right time. 1 -2 days just before ovulation is best.
