The fact about what our mind wants and we obey to our senses, its very very difficult to control our mind, but having a discipline life starting from waking up early, take care of our own deities which I've learned from you both and go gym everyday to control our mind materially and then start our daily chores is the best process to develop in KC. Starting the day with Krishna - doing abhishek of him, taking care of him, dressing him up, giving flowers and scent, then serving him some balyabhoga (snacks) for early morning is the perfect start for devotees. Youths of our age are more active than the age group of 35 - 40 .. so its better if we do use our energy positively and well disciplined as you mentioned, which helps us improve to steady our mind so we can focus in Chanting more.. Thank for sharing your own experiences to all of us... We surely are inspired by the lifestyle of you two.. my love and support are always with you!! ❤❤❤ KEEP IT UP!
My personal realization after parikramas AND heavy harinama on the spiritual spots - to keep participating in this you need such physic! I was young and I didnt have it, I was out of breath and I couldnt continue dancing (although I wanted). What a disappointment! That was my moment of realization - practicing spiritual life is easier with a stronger body.

And therefore we must do what is necessary to maintain it as healthy and strong, to aid spiritual progress and service. I loved the link you brought with the Bhagavata Purana too. Maybe next video should be on how to get started on this journey of how to build discipline about body and mind (starting with the food we eat, exercise etc), without getting obsessed or unduly attached to this body (or ego identity), and practical steps to this effect.

Exercising makes us full of energy and more energy means more sevaa, like lord hanuman always sits in a position near loed rama, like he's all set to get up and serve his lord. When body is lethargic we tend to feel like resting not serving enthusiastically. Exercising makes body satvik and fresh ,which has a positive impact on health.
