Waldron is everything wrong with the MCU. it's not personal either. But he has no experience with films and his writing is filled with logical inconsistencies and weak characters. He took the MCU's most interesting character, and turned her into a 1 dimensional silly cartoon witch, then he killed her at the end of his story. And, for what? So Feige can say - she's not really dead. Well then what the hell did I just watch? Why did that film even exist. Yeah, I wouldn't be either. It's one thing in No Way Home for them to want to have that story centered around Tom's Spider-Man and to bring in Tobey and Andrew's Spider-Men to provide support, but even for narrative reasons it would be taking it too far to have to say that his Spider-Man is canonically the "prime version" above all other portrayals of the character. Fans can accept the concept of multiversal variants but it doesn't mean we aren't still going to always have our personal favorite portrayals of these characters that appeal to us the best, and in Spider-Man's case that might not always be Tom. For some fans it can still be Tobey or Andrew.
"Tom Holland's Spider-Man is the prime Spider-Man destined to defeat Kang".... I can't hear that without thinking of Cosmic Spidey 😭 How cool would it be if Tom Holland's Spidey acquired the power cosmic to defeat Kang 😱😱😱
I really hope they just ignore Kangs character completely. I atleast want them to acknowledge Kang’s existence and his Role. Now if that means, Doom spends 5mins destroying them, thats fine. I just dont want them to ignore Kangs Character completely. Hes part of the story now and ignoring him completely kills the connective tissue and storytelling in the MCU.
_I just dont want them to ignore Kangs Character completely._ I do. The problem isn't with the character. The character is fine. And well, let's not even talk about the problems with the actor, that's besides the point. The story related to the character is silly. The character as written...is silly. Opening that can of worms is to trap yourself in a badly written silly story that can never be explained. Look at where the story is now: Kang is dead, not dead, whatever. Loki is the rule of the multiverse although he is also dead, not dead whatever. Imagine telling this to Thor. _What??? Are you using some of Taika Waititi's cocaine or something?_ When you are in a hole, and MCU most certainly is - you must *stop digging.*
IDK if it was Chapek and/or Marvel Studios, but the Multiverse Phase stumbled out of the gate, overall putting quantity over quality, thus you have all these loose ends and projects that cause more confusion more than anything....."your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn't stop to think if they should" - Ian Malcolm
I'm hoping that this is all a huge swerve. That RDJ and Co come back just for short term ratings and box office income. I'm hoping kang (and specifically Jonathan Majors) find a way back into the mcu and make some sense of the whole thing. At the moment.... everything's a mess.
It really seems & sounds like this is all "Damage Control" after the Major's incident BUT they're still taking advantage of the MULTIVERSE until they hit the soft reboot button and most of the OGs go away . It's like. A 'POWER TRANSFER ' instead of graduation or ending an entire POWER RANGERS season/series
While I will always love Avengers: The Kang Dynasty starring Jonathan Majors, which really excites me for his portrayal of Kang, I also have a huge fascination with Avengers: Doomsday starring Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom. Each has something unique to offer, and while I feel connected to Kang’s story, I can’t help but enjoy what Downey Jr. brings to the table as Doctor Doom. Both are must-watches for MCU fans.
This tracks well especially with connections to doctor strange and the multiverse of madness it may have been good but compared to what i think we are getting now looks like tge right decision was made
Man, what could have been with Kang. What is even more sad is that even with kang they still could have introduced Doctor Doom and have him take over towards the end of the movie!
i still believe RDjr's Doom was meant to be "Dark Stark", having lost The Battle of New York", sending THAT variant on the path to become the "benevolent dictator", shielding the world, a darker timeline, leading to protecting his universe from all others, therefore, trying to rule ALL... but, that's just me
@@JamesWyatt-o5jand that is their second attempt at saying what they wanted to say 😂 if it is their second language, good for them for at least getting to the point where someone fluent can understand what they meant. Learning a second language is no easy task.
sorry one last thing...since SECRET WARS is probably gonna be a flick where i dont think ANYTHING is off limits on what they might do and whom to do it with...i really wanna see a not even a minute long, comedy relief but still kinda violent scene, where Deadpool rips on a short cameo from DOLPH LUNDGREN reprising his role as the baffling non-Skull shirt'd PUNISHER, and he lets Thomas Jane's and Jon Bernthal's Punisher know who's behind them, and they both raise their guns, and in full blown SKULL SHIRT Punisher glory, just unload on Dolph, a la PULP FICTION when Jules and Vincent unload on the dude once they realized the miracle prevented them from being capped lol... random thought, but when it comes to SECRET WARS, like i said, nothing is off limits in the imagination when taking into account the DECADES worth of comic movies we've gotten, whether they be crappola, semi-decent, or great films lol.... anyway, carry on
I like the Dr. Doom part part but not better than Tony being Superior iron Man and having someone else be Dr. Doom it's all set up from Doctor. Strange and multiverse of madness to have a superior iron Man. That's what made marvel movies really good. All the movies that set stuff up
He needs to be both. I think as a cool twist it be cool to later find out Dr strange lied when he said the hero’s only win 1 time I think be cool that it later reveals he lied and the reason why he did that was if Tony survived making the snap it would ultimately change him and making him extremely paranoid with other threats out there and domestically as well and he later becomes dark and either becomes superior Ironman or what if after he snaps a timeline out there where he lives but goes into a coma for like a year and when he wakes up he has no recollection of anyone or anything doesn’t even know pepper and you can tell his personality is changing and they are like Tony and he’s like that’s no me and leaves and later on goes to Litveria and takes on the mantle viktor von doom Basically either way be cool to find out Dr strange lied and saw a possible outcome of if Tony didn’t die right there he would later become a villain and very very bad one at that
a lot of this, I feel, will still be part of doomsday, including the fact that tom holland is the one who will eventually have to delete RDJ's Doomsday
I feel like the empty seat was for that universe's dr strange i think that make the most sense cause we see an empty seat and wonder who it could be then they let us see that strange was part of the team but is now dead
Here’s what people aren’t getting that in the comics big bad stay around for a long, long time if not forever sometimes they go away and then they come back. There’s nothing wrong with doing that in the MCU. I think there was a good possibility that Dr. doom was going to be in secret wars, and then just continue to the next phase. King was gonna be the beyond her in the end of secret wars.!
In my opinion this is a Fan theory. This leak is so poor in some way and precise in some other points. I think this is made by a teenager who has a little knowledge of comics and who has mixed rumors with a bit of immagination.
Any version of secret wars without Doom would not have gone over well with fans no matter what some are saying smh For people to even act like they would have accepted it is laughable 😂
I thought Majors was a good Kang, but I don't think he was really given his time to shine besides a little in LOKI and Quantumania. After hearing how both Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars leaked scripts sounds (though I'm excited for Doomsday and what the Russos do with Secret Wars) I can't but help to feel like we were seriously robbed of something great. That is the executives stay out of the writer and directors ear and let both produce the script and movie they want to make. They both really seemed to have a lot of potential and it is saddening to think we won't get to see these.
I'm not familiar with the superior Iron Man because I didn't read the comics but I really hope he is in the next Saga , but good but of course gets killed by Doom. And honestly I really hope if they do bring him in and that Tom Cruise does play that role like the artist rendering of him a few years ago as Superior Iron Man.
oh and ps, for some reason ive been thinking this for a while now, but i have a feeling, if they are indeed going to mention/show SOMETHING about Kang as opposed to totally scrapping it like he/it never happened, that rather in the beginning of Avengers DOOMSDAY, they're going to kinda do a "history repeats itself/homage" to INFINITY WAR's opening scene, where Thanos is just already there and he and his boys are merkin' the Asgardians...but this time, the movie will open with a bunch of unalived Kangs, and Doom stepping over them and such, going into one his typically awesome Doom soliloquys, with a mostly hidden, still alive, one last Kang, and then Doom goes ahead and thanks him for his sacrifice and his tech, blah blah, and that's how we get a quick, powerful opening of Dr Doom being none to be trifled with, a VERY short wrap up of the inevitable "but wait, what happened to Kang and the COUNCIL of Kang's??," and a scene showing us how Doom at the very least, gained an immense amount of power to go ahead and go through with what we all know that he will eventually go through with, as he goes about his mission and gains more and more power and of course since it's DR DOOM, KNOWLEDGE.. just my very high odds of NOT happening but not impossible, 2 cents on how they're gonna open DOOMSDAY----- and again, i repeat, HOMAGE, as they are not going to hide the fact that it mirrors INFINITY WAR, but rather purposely meant to instill that same kind of feeling we got when watching that movie, while also letting us go "aaah, i see, it's the same connected path" or ya know, whatever lol
I never really liked the kang variants and the whole council to me just seeing the same actor over and over came off as cheesy in live action and I didn’t think it was working
I don't even see why we should even fantasize about it at this rate. The era of Kang the Conquerer is dead and to never be resurrected. Us MCU fans have been robbed point black period. A few of us said this months ago. 🙄😒🤦🏾♂️
This was the way and Marvel fucked up by firing a talented actor over a misdemeanor. Now everything feels rushed to get to Doom. Super pathetic and sad.
Once in a lifetime we just see Tom cruise as superior iron man it's wonder to see Tom cruise superior iron man last battle with Robert Downey Jr Dr Doom
Even if I didn't know this story 2:31 was being written by notorious Rick and Morty grifters Waldron and Loveness, just reading it, would make me laugh. Go ahead Marvel, the Razzie's were just announced this year and includes Kraven, Madame Web, Joker 2, Boderlands, and Rebel Moon, and following your earlier Antman 3 nomination this script is sure to go down as one of the worst cluster fests in comic book film history. Has Feige finally come to his senses and stopped writing for 7 year olds who got left back in 2nd grade?
Kang keeps capturing heroes and putting them someplace where they can figure out how to defeat him. Prime varients are - whichever characters have the loudest and most obnoxious fanbase. lol.
_I just dont want them to ignore Kangs Character completely._
I do.
_What??? Are you using some of Taika Waititi's cocaine or something?_
When you are in a hole, and MCU most certainly is - you must *stop digging.*
Man, this sounds cool and sounds like it could've worked... To have a variant of The Beyonder sounds crazy fun!
This script wasnt that good tbh !! Thank god they fired him and hired the Russo’s
What's the point of knowing what the story was supposed to be if we are getting a different one.
I'm hoping that this is all a huge swerve.
That RDJ and Co come back just for short term ratings and box office income.
I'm hoping kang (and specifically Jonathan Majors) find a way back into the mcu and make some sense of the whole thing.
At the moment.... everything's a mess.
It really seems & sounds like this is all "Damage Control" after the Major's incident BUT they're still taking advantage of the MULTIVERSE until they hit the soft reboot button and most of the OGs go away
This tracks well especially with connections to doctor strange and the multiverse of madness it may have been good but compared to what i think we are getting now looks like tge right decision was made
I think the Russos have been amazing when given the helm of mcu projects so I don’t mind this
I agree. I don't understand how this could be viewed as a bad thing. The Russo's will do it right.
Man, what could have been with Kang. What is even more sad is that even with kang they still could have introduced Doctor Doom and have him take over towards the end of the movie!
Ha…*Nega-Bands*…same vibe as Mr Crocker’s “IT’S THE NEGA-CHIN!!” 😂
MCU does not not how to stop making a fool of itself apparently.
Love You again❤
i still believe RDjr's Doom was meant to be "Dark Stark", having lost The Battle of New York", sending THAT variant on the path to become the "benevolent dictator", shielding the world, a darker timeline, leading to protecting his universe from all others, therefore, trying to rule ALL... but, that's just me
Earth-818 is different than the Earth-838 we saw in Multiverse of Madness.
Superior Iron man with Tom Cruise
God no, please not Tom Cruise
No
F no! Unless it's a once off appearance and they kill him off brutally! Tom Cruise is not a Superior anything!
This one follows up with the Kang Dynasty leak from a few months ago pretty well
no no no stop. he has to be Victor Von Doom not a Tony variant it would Tony's story arc in mcu and it would Dr Doom in both films.
They should bought back Kang but different plans
Is English a 2nd language?
Don't be a dick. You got the point. @@JamesWyatt-o5j
@@JamesWyatt-o5jand that is their second attempt at saying what they wanted to say 😂 if it is their second language, good for them for at least getting to the point where someone fluent can understand what they meant. Learning a second language is no easy task.
Interesting plot. Yeah I would have watched it!
838 is the illuminati universe from M.O.M., not 818.
“ you either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself turned into a villain” is Jonathan majors personified
Awesome
sorry one last thing...since SECRET WARS is probably gonna be a flick where i dont think ANYTHING is off limits on what they might do and whom to do it with...i really wanna see a not even a minute long, comedy relief but still kinda violent scene, where Deadpool rips on a short cameo from DOLPH LUNDGREN reprising his role as the baffling non-Skull shirt'd PUNISHER, and he lets Thomas Jane's and Jon Bernthal's Punisher know who's behind them, and they both raise their guns, and in full blown SKULL SHIRT Punisher glory, just unload on Dolph, a la PULP FICTION when Jules and Vincent unload on the dude once they realized the miracle prevented them from being capped lol...
random thought, but when it comes to SECRET WARS, like i said, nothing is off limits in the imagination when taking into account the DECADES worth of comic movies we've gotten, whether they be crappola, semi-decent, or great films lol....
anyway, carry on
I like the Dr. Doom part part but not better than Tony being Superior iron Man and having someone else be Dr. Doom it's all set up from Doctor. Strange and multiverse of madness to have a superior iron Man. That's what made marvel movies really good. All the movies that set stuff up
He needs to be both. I think as a cool twist it be cool to later find out Dr strange lied when he said the hero’s only win 1 time I think be cool that it later reveals he lied and the reason why he did that was if Tony survived making the snap it would ultimately change him and making him extremely paranoid with other threats out there and domestically as well and he later becomes dark and either becomes superior Ironman or what if after he snaps a timeline out there where he lives but goes into a coma for like a year and when he wakes up he has no recollection of anyone or anything doesn’t even know pepper and you can tell his personality is changing and they are like Tony and he’s like that’s no me and leaves and later on goes to Litveria and takes on the mantle viktor von doom
Basically either way be cool to find out Dr strange lied and saw a possible outcome of if Tony didn’t die right there he would later become a villain and very very bad one at that
a lot of this, I feel, will still be part of doomsday, including the fact that tom holland is the one who will eventually have to delete RDJ's Doomsday
Nice
It sounds cool, but the secret wars we're getting seems like it'll be so much better
all i’ve wanted was superior iron man in secret wars bro. he’s my favorite marvel character of al time. that’s all i’ve wanted since endgame.
RDJ'S Return as Superior Iron Man makes a hell.of a lot sensed than him coming back as Dr. Doom THAT'S FOR SURE!!
Again, what app are you using to create these thumbnails!?
In my opinion this is a Fan theory. This leak is so poor in some way and precise in some other points. I think this is made by a teenager who has a little knowledge of comics and who has mixed rumors with a bit of immagination.
Any version of secret wars without Doom would not have gone over well with fans no matter what some are saying smh For people to even act like they would have accepted it is laughable 😂
Truth. Honestly this story without Doom just feels dull.
I’m honestly happy we’re getting this without kang
And honestly I really hope if they do bring him in and that Tom Cruise does play that role like the artist rendering of him a few years ago as Superior Iron Man.
hi The Cosmic Wonder
oh and ps, for some reason ive been thinking this for a while now, but i have a feeling, if they are indeed going to mention/show SOMETHING about Kang as opposed to totally scrapping it like he/it never happened, that rather in the beginning of Avengers DOOMSDAY, they're going to kinda do a "history repeats itself/homage" to INFINITY WAR's opening scene, where Thanos is just already there and he and his boys are merkin' the Asgardians...but this time, the movie will open with a bunch of unalived Kangs, and Doom stepping over them and such, going into one his typically awesome Doom soliloquys, with a mostly hidden, still alive, one last Kang, and then Doom goes ahead and thanks him for his sacrifice and his tech, blah blah, and that's how we get a quick, powerful opening of Dr Doom being none to be trifled with, a VERY short wrap up of the inevitable "but wait, what happened to Kang and the COUNCIL of Kang's??," and a scene showing us how Doom at the very least, gained an immense amount of power to go ahead and go through with what we all know that he will eventually go through with, as he goes about his mission and gains more and more power and of course since it's DR DOOM, KNOWLEDGE..
just my very high odds of NOT happening but not impossible, 2 cents on how they're gonna open DOOMSDAY----- and again, i repeat, HOMAGE, as they are not going to hide the fact that it mirrors INFINITY WAR, but rather purposely meant to instill that same kind of feeling we got when watching that movie, while also letting us go "aaah, i see, it's the same connected path" or ya know, whatever lol
Espero también que así como hay estaba la black order este aquí los dark Avengers imagina a Cris evans teniendo un discurso tipo Ebony maw
This was a great script
I also think it be cool to see RDJ doom team up with scarlet witch I just want to see RDJ become God emperor doom
If it's not the big bad, i wonder what role Kang will play in the Avenger films
I think itd be cool if the dr doom from the new fantastic 4 uses soul alchemy to take mcu tony's body
The script sounds great, this is why Marvel should’ve recast Kang or get Jonathan Majors back
This was the way and Marvel fucked up by firing a talented actor over a misdemeanor. Now everything feels rushed to get to Doom. Super pathetic and sad.
Once in a lifetime we just see Tom cruise as superior iron man it's wonder to see Tom cruise superior iron man last battle with Robert Downey Jr Dr Doom
Ik that RDJ is returning for Dr Doom but I really wanna just see him as Iron Man one last time
I want superior Ironman so bad. A RDJ as superior Ironman.
Si yo fuera majors me hiria a hacer bronze tiger o algo asi con james gunn
I mean superior iron man still can appear, let's see.
……wait….didnt He who remains die?? Is this the same “script leak” as Miles and Peter bring spiderfriends??
Prime varients are - whichever characters have the loudest and most obnoxious fanbase. lol.
All 3 Spiderman are allowed to live - so - as not to make fan boys upset.
Ten Rings, Nega bands. Replace the Dark Hold as the magical McGuffin to make the plot happen when you don't know how to develop either characters or a story.
Nega-.puhleeze! 🤣
