Not a fan of the new versions. The last version was decent but they all lost the quality that made the original. Before it was like a perfect blend of mystery, dread, hopelessness and tragedy... It was a Story. Now there's no cohesion or respect for the instruments in the background, and sometimes everything is blaring at once, it just sounds like noise to me.
I believe the different iterations are the instruments that makes up the original singled out and the original will always be best, it is impressive that they included it though, we'll see if they are there for the full release or if it was a beta thing.
I love that the music is different each time. Makes visiting this city each time still feel like a new experience.

Maybe it's just me and my favoritism to what I've heard (and loved) first, but I prefer the original sound of this track from open beta.
The first version heard here, I believe was in the beta too, it was the other iterations that were added in the server slam.

i do agree, but i do appreciate some variety if i play this game hundreds of hours... ;)
@@DiabloOSTsupercuts well, they say it nearly perfectly matches the build we'll see in June. But they may keep evolve it after release.
