I simply love this - every song, all 92 minutes. If you are every down grab a cup of tea, a glass of wine or some THC and put this on. Highly addictive! Thank you Mr. Hypnothic.
I really enjoyed this album, and other TDs with vocals in them. Variety is the spice of life. If everyone in the world was the same it would be a very boring place. As I get older i just collect more and more things I love in music, in my early teens to early 20s all I listened to was mainly European metal folk/viking/symphonic/power/glam/NWBHM. Now it all just forms part of my greater collection. Although I always loved Synthesizers and now WOW so much new synth coming out it's great.
I like this very much. I grew up with TD - their "Sorcerer" period. My 1st TD album purchase was Encore, during the heyday of vinyl. Obviously, instrumental keyboards are their sound I've become used to. But change - with the occasional one-off, sparingly and in moderation - works for me, if the music is good. The music is good here. And the voice is good, too: reminds me a little of Dead Can Dance-era Brendan Perry. So while I appreciate what Dr. Who is saying below, am not sure I agree. TD rocked, with or w/out the vocals.
He really has a super voice, this album was a grower for me.

I thought it was fantastic and different. His voice is great. Would love to have seen this in concert.
That's change.
They had found a good voice.
I like too. With this vocal, feeling a little like some Riverside songs, sometimes.
Three words? Beautifull!
