Thank you so much for taking the time to post this! I have been wondering about sublimating a canvas, since I have turned into a sublimation addict lol. This is awesome! Straight and to the point and easy to understand for a non crafty person like myself. 🙂❤️
Thank you beautiful lady!! I was so nervous in doing such a thing but many thanks to your lovely video, I am on my way to see what I can make!! You are so good with explaining your steps and very detailed!! Thanks again!
Great video. FYI: I would not use a laptop computer as a paperweight on that extremely hot print (400°), which can damage the sensitive electronics in the bottom of the laptop computer. I worked for Dell computers for 6 years.
I just bought a roll of canvas that is already to sublimate of because it’s polyester canvas. It saves on other products I have to buy. It also is not shiny after pressing it. It Looks much better.
I really want tot ry this, & since I don't have any butcher paper....... I am going to try it with parchment paper. Hope it works. Thanks for taking us with you through this entire project. You're Awesome!!!!
Thank you so much!!! One of the only Videos I actually knew what to do. I have to admit I laughed out loud when the man asked where the charger was . My husband would do the same thing...obvious to his surroundings Lmfaooo!
Congratulations on beautiful memories and pictures I was very impressed with your sublimation I want to really learn and make them myself but am scared was you ?
Just starting out And have to say you made it look ever easy I’ve tried with no success 🥴 I’m printing with a epson et3760 With cosmos’s ink And A sub paper And use duct tape brand laminate I pressed for 15sec @ 400 My picture paper was sticky like a glue trap 🤔 Any help would be greatly appreciated
Have you had these canvas show dots after applying the laminate? I keep ruining my canvas because these dots show up. I have even tried to lint roll which helped some but they are still there. My print has no color background so I have to have clean background. Thanks for any help.
I never tried ceramic tile. But my guess would be to lay it down left to right and smooth. That should stop it from bubbles, sounds like air is under the laminate.
thanks for the video , i will be trying this. My laptop has windows 10 and is always saying I cant download other apps unless I switch out of s mode, does anyone else has this problem??
I found that you can if you take off the canvas, sublimate on it and staple it back on. I have tried to use heat press pillows but the picture looks un even.
Imma be honest I immediately liked and subscribed because I saw it wasn’t edited and I keep I was getting the real deal thanks so much
Thank you for a detailed video....you’re the only one that told us the correct laminate side
Wow, you welcome!
Agreed! Thank you
Thank you for explaining this so well. I don't need no fancy video I just need instructions! Lol
And you delivered! Thanks 😊.

Awesome job, girl! You can flip the finished project over on the back and press for 5s to flatten the canvas.
Great tip thanks!
@@PaintCreateMotivate You're very welcome!
Before or after it dries?
Yes! Great Tip!
This was the best demo so far... I can actually see the texture of the canvas through the pic ..pretty awesome
I'm glad I was able to provide you with the best demo thus far!

Hi congratulations for the video, I wanted to know how many Micron the laminator sheet has. Grazir

Just starting out
And have to say you made it look ever easy
I’ve tried with no success 🥴
I’m printing with a epson et3760
With cosmos’s ink
And A sub paper
And use duct tape brand laminate
I pressed for 15sec @ 400
My picture paper was sticky like a glue trap 🤔
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Sounds like it may be your brand of paper. I tried before with a different brand and it didn't stick to the canvas.
If you dont mind me asking where did you purchase your heat press and what model isit
Im going to buy some more canvas tomorrow I tried it and my photo did not come out good it looked blurred but it printed out good
How do you get it flat from your heat press of your using a 16x20 canvas? Great job btw.
Two ways, you can buy a 16x20 canvas panel. Or take off the front part of the canvas, press and staple it back to the wood.
i need that pictur!!!
I just googled it!
@@PaintCreateMotivate ok thanks
Have you had these canvas show dots after applying the laminate? I keep ruining my canvas because these dots show up. I have even tried to lint roll which helped some but they are still there. My print has no color background so I have to have clean background. Thanks for any help.
No I haven’t experienced that
do you have to have heat press?? Can I use cricut press??
I don't have one but I would assume you can.
Can u post the link for the heat press

It's Cosmos ink and a Workforce 7720 lol
How do you keep from getting bubbles when putting it on ceramic tile.
I never tried ceramic tile. But my guess would be to lay it down left to right and smooth. That should stop it from bubbles, sounds like air is under the laminate.
My canvas keeps bubbling. How do I fix it
Check your temperature make sure its not to hot or to low.
thanks for the video , i will be trying this. My laptop has windows 10 and is always saying I cant download other apps unless I switch out of s mode, does anyone else has this problem??
Can you use both sides of the laminate paper?
Can you do this with the canvas that have the boards or just the flat panels?
Just flat pannels
I found that you can if you take off the canvas, sublimate on it and staple it back on. I have tried to use heat press pillows but the picture looks un even.
You never answered the question about using both sides of the laminate or do you throw away the other half of it
You can save the other side and use it for another project.
Did u use canvas for sublimation? Or any kind will work ?
I used a canvas from the Dollar Tree.
Any kind of canvas panel will work.
