flew BA A380 First bos-lhr & LHR-SFO, earlier this month , and everything was stellar....didn't want to leave the plane on the 11-hour journey to the west coast. service was extraordinary.

Good video on the A 350. It's certainly on my bucket list to fly as well. The audio on this one was not good. The video was fantastic, but not sure what happened with the audio - it was way too low and I could barely hear your comments while you were on the plane. Maybe you were using the GoPro camera for this portion of the video and not the iPhone? Nevertheless, I enjoyed the video. Thanks for your work.
I used a directional Rode Microphone on my GoPro. Unfortunately, it picked up more of the background noise than my own. I have since invested in the DJI Go wireless mic which is omni-directional so will pick up sound more evenly. This should solve the audio issue in upcoming videos.
