From the current known lore standpoint the cutscenes from lunar overture depict events in the past. Only the gameplay is the real events from that incident. Also it's currently theorized that frost invasion causes Zero to create the zombie virus. Yet it's hard to tell with old events because the lore wasn't developing then.
In my opinion, the lore starts from hardcore's release since there we find out that the swordmaster got revived (possibly by the god cube, similar to what could happen to frost spirit) and that the void reaver possesses some special powers like creating the floating orbs of energy or the portals that summon the enemies.

Since I found some errors and loose ends on your theory, I put effort into my own! wow what a paragraph sfjskfdjsjfskdfjsdjlfjkgnlkfrn The narrator claims the overture event is a RETELLING of a story LOST to TIME. The technological advancements in the story do not align if otherwise. Umbra's origin takes place in a medieval village, being wanted for being a witch. She approaches the god cube harnessing the power, where she fends off the attention it gathers. (this doesn't line up with the event since the narrator probably changed the story up a bit to immerse TDS in it or something) In the end, the cube corrupts her, changing her into the form seen in her invasion. In the process, the unstable power of the god cube causes it to explode and scatter across dimensions, probably due to its interdimensional abilities. Her rise could have been delayed for centuries due to some missing part of the story. THEN before her invasion in the modern TDS dimension, a mission was dispatched for outpost 32's portal malfunction where the frost dimension invades. TDS restores the area's peace and returns the weather back to normal, then umbra's army attacks after, Where she is defeated, and TDS dispatches their troops to retrieve the cube fragments, as for the duck hunt, it is a unrelated mission. Then, a fragment then corrupted the elves in violent night, where TDS is able to retrieve and secure (assumingly). The same happens in Krampus's revenge, where they secure the fragment. The cultists then use TDS to retrieve a fragment to revive the frost spirit starting from a gem mining site because it was originally the eclipse village. They initiate the 2nd stage to their plan, called operation I.C.E.

i know its a theory, but this is straight up impossible, its a retelling of the story, basically remaking it, and the 32 meme had absolutely nothing to do with anything, it was started from Jordan Stayt when trying to figure out how to activate the hidden wave

2. It's a retelling of the frost invasion, not revenge or anything like that, +ramiel is the name of one of the children of exo.
3. the eclipsed village, was not built after frost invasion, as since frost invasion is after hexscape, and the overture is before hexscape there is no way the eclipsed village was built right then.

i have a feeling that after we defeat the frost spirit once again, the two shown in night 3 of the hexscape event are going to use another fragment of the god cube to bring back the umbra. since she never died and just teleported away, i really do feel like those two are going to bring her back from wherever she teleported away to.
the frost invasion event couldnt have happened before umbra gained her power, since the halloween 2019 event, in which it was later figured out that umbra had sent jack o bot to defeat the players, had came before the frost invasion event, meaning the god cube must have been here since the very start, literally. this also hints back to how the eclipsed village happened much before any of the other events. and if the eclipsed village came after the frost invasion, why would it be mideval themed, when during the frost invasion event, there was clearly more technology, and since the lunar eclipse event came after the frost invasion, the umbra couldnt have gained the power and the army that quickly.

Edit : In the video, Sunken took that as a name for the frost spirit, I'm against this affirmation because the dialog is colored orange, same as the one from the the knight guy during first hexscape cutscene.

I mean, anything can happen, he might probably be a mini boss for the Christmas. From what I've read, Remiel means "thunder of God" and is also signifies as a fallen angle, one thing that could linked to frost spirit.
The pls donate event also takes place after or during hexscape cause the Dispatcher says "Lets get that fragment" and at the start it shows Hazem touching a shard and becoming evil like Umbra did
And also dispatcher says -My hands are tied dealing with our last fiasco- or something like that which clearly references the hexscape event
One reason also that it is frost spirit is it is atleast the strongest event boss without a shard or the whole god cube

frost spirit will be a huge threat because back in 2021 he was super rushed at the time, most of his attacks didn't even work or only stunned 1 enemy, and the amount of enemy spam didn't even matter since they made you rich
long story short of my theory: frost invasion happened before the lunar eclipse event and lunar overture happened after lunar eclipse i know it doesnt make sense but because the god cube is just that powerful theres a possible chance when it exploded it altered the timeline and twisted it so "frost invasion -> lunar eclipse -> lunar overture" and also the portal that they escaped into was most likely connected to the portal in outpost 32 and the frost spirit name would probably be the one mentioned in the video AND he would probably be a flying enemy on half hp because he has wings and probably 3.2x more hp just for the fun of it. wow this theory is *cold,* get it?

The narrator claims the overture event is a RETELLING of a story LOST to TIME. The technological advancements in the story do not align if otherwise. Umbra's origin takes place in a medieval village, being wanted for being a witch. She approaches the god cube harnessing the power, where she fends off the attention it gathers. (this doesn't line up with the event since the narrator probably changed the story up a bit to immerse TDS in it or something) In the end, the cube corrupts her, changing her into the form seen in her invasion. In the process, the unstable power of the god cube causes it to explode and scatter across dimensions, probably due to its interdimensional abilities. Her rise could have been delayed for centuries due to some missing part of the story. THEN before her invasion in the modern TDS dimension, a mission was dispatched for outpost 32's portal malfunction where the frost dimension invades. TDS restores the area's peace and returns the weather back to normal, then umbra's army attacks after, Where she is defeated, and TDS dispatches their troops to retrieve the cube fragments, as for the duck hunt, it is a unrelated mission. Then, a fragment then corrupted the elves in violent night, where TDS is able to retrieve and secure (assumingly). The same happens in Krampus's revenge, where they secure the fragment. The cultists then use TDS to retrieve a fragment to revive the frost spirit starting from a gem mining site because it was originally the eclipse village. They initiate the 2nd stage to their plan, called operation I.C.E.
