    Nice , my first interaction with Kurt Brecht wasn’t good I asked about sweaters they were selling at merch table and he got mad and said they are called hoodies man I was like alright dude. Would like to meet again hopefully it goes better. Lol

    The first time I heard D.R.I. was the "Suit and Tie Guy" video. I'd give VHS tapes to a friend who had cable, and he'd tape headbangers ball for me.

      Felix brought double bass to hardcore, he influenced dave lombardo. Eric was great also though

      @@jlobiafra Not so sure about Felix bringing double-bass drums to h/c...Finland's Rattus were using double bass in the early eighties, maybe an early pedal of some type - there were some one-footed, twin beater, heel-toe-method pedals around back then. Raw Power from Italy had a similar thing going on, but Felix did indeed bring that classic metal double bass sound to DRI.

      @@The-Clockwork-Eye yeah I'm sure he wasn't the first but he was probably the best known hardcore drummer using double bass in 1985. If dave lombardo cites him as an influence and we all know how influential he was in the thrash double bass world, this automatically puts Felix as one of the most influential drummers in underground music.

Dave lombardo cites him as an influence and we all know how influential lombardo was to the double bass world, which would automatically put Felix as one of the most influential drummers in underground music.
