This way the bad impression about the bad contractors will be erased somehow. Its sad that you don’t accept projects outside Palawan. I also plan to put up same and I learned a lot from your videos. I just want to say something about the difference between OFWs and immigrants. Depende po sa visa pag working visa po OFW. Pero pag family reunification or petition visa ay immigrant na po. Although we ofcourse work the same but we dont have liabilities to pay to Philippine govt such as tax, OWWA, Philhealth, SSS etc, more so pag permanent resident na at citizen na ng naturang bansa. But calling us OFW or migrant worker is not a big deal. God bless you more

Contrastingly, government projects though done by private entities, submit or turnover substandard outputs because of some kickbacks. I have also plans of having one pero i am undecided kung ano ang mas maganda. location po is about 15 minutes drive papunta sa city and lot area is 240sqm. it is located in a residential area but facing the national road. ano po ang much better magpagawa between 3 units apartment 2 storey with 2 bedrooms each unit or 6 units with 2 bedroom each unit ( 3 units ground floor, 3 units second floor ( one unit is commercial space). baka po meron kayong idea .

People like me watch you because you bring great value. Keep it up. For every misguided, ill-placed comment like those, there are hundreds of us who think that the way you're doing it is the way to do it. Just a suggestion, maybe you can turn those almost 30 minute videos into say, 3 10-minute episodes (3-part videos covering the same topic), but I think around 20 mins is the ideal since you deliver so much useful content. If you have a longer timeline to save, say mga 5 years pa, park your money in a safe investment like MP2 para mas mataas ang interes at hindi kainin ng inflation ang value ng ipon mo. But that's only okay for you kung 5 years pa talaga. May lock-in period na 5 years kasi sa MP2. Other venues would be vetted Cooperatives, na may good track record. Pwede ring digital banks with slightly higher interest. Basta wag sa traditional banks 😅. Research ka lang sa nga tamang platform. 😊 God bless your #IponJourney

Hi. Depende po yun kung meron kayong tao na lagi nag follow up ng papers nyo. Kung di nyo kaya gawin personally, dapat meron kayo runner/ tagalakad ng papers kc marami offices dadaanan tapos pag nag submit ka nung docs, di mo agad makukuha yung approval ng same day. Sometimes you'll have to come back after 2 or 3 days pa. It could take a few weeks to process (kung may tagalakad). At dapat may architechtural plans na po. Depende rin yun sa munisipyo nyo kung mabilis sila mag process ng papers.

Hi Rona! Naku, pasensya na ha. Wala kaming kakilala sa Pangasinan. Ang pwede niyong gawin ay habang nagacommute or drive around ng city kayo, tingnan niyo ang mga construction projects na ongoing. Then take note of the projects that you think are being managed well. Babain niyo and kausapin niyo. Screen niyo ang Contractor doon and ask for the client's details so you can check with them din. At least that way, kita niyo agad ang gawa nila. Tanungin niyo rin ang ga previous projects nila and saan located so you can have a look. Basically, ang gawa nila ang kanilang pinaka-resume na titingnan niyo. What to look for at the site KUNG papayagan kayo mag-ikot: - May Building Permit, May professionals onsite, may sistema ang pagtatrabaho, maayos ang mga trabahante - Look at the space planning, execution ng design sa actual build - Tama ang pagbabakal, maganda ang mga buhos (walang ampaw), skwalado ang gawa at nasa hulog, check niyo ang mga alignment ng hollow blocks, hamba etc - Kung Finishing Stage na, Look at the small details -- makikita ang galing ng mga skilled workers diyan. This is not an exhaustive list. Siyempre marami pang dapat tingnan, pero this way you'll have an idea. Hope this helps! God bless your build! :)

I have also plans of having one pero i am undecided kung ano ang mas maganda. location po is about 15 minutes drive papunta sa city and lot area is 240sqm. it is located in a residential area but facing the national road. ano po ang much better magpagawa between 3 units apartment 2 storey with 2 bedrooms each unit or 6 units with 2 bedroom each unit ( 3 units ground floor, 3 units second floor ( one unit is commercial space). baka po meron kayong idea .
Grabe naman yung mga comments ng ibang viewers na hindi constructive. For what it's worth, Janice, Abet, I think you guys are doing a fantastic job. People like me watch you because you bring great value. Keep it up. For every misguided, ill-placed comment like those, there are hundreds of us who think that the way you're doing it is the way to do it.
Just a suggestion, maybe you can turn those almost 30 minute videos into say, 3 10-minute episodes (3-part videos covering the same topic), but I think around 20 mins is the ideal since you deliver so much useful content.

If you have a longer timeline to save, say mga 5 years pa, park your money in a safe investment like MP2 para mas mataas ang interes at hindi kainin ng inflation ang value ng ipon mo. But that's only okay for you kung 5 years pa talaga. May lock-in period na 5 years kasi sa MP2. Other venues would be vetted Cooperatives, na may good track record. Pwede ring digital banks with slightly higher interest. Basta wag sa traditional banks 😅. Research ka lang sa nga tamang platform. 😊 God bless your #IponJourney

Hi. Very variable po yan kc it will depend sa supplier nyo sa area nyo. I suggest na mag canvass po kayo sa mga hardware stores in your area as well as glass/ aluminum fabricators.

Hi. Depende po yun kung meron kayong tao na lagi nag follow up ng papers nyo. Kung di nyo kaya gawin personally, dapat meron kayo runner/ tagalakad ng papers kc marami offices dadaanan tapos pag nag submit ka nung docs, di mo agad makukuha yung approval ng same day. Sometimes you'll have to come back after 2 or 3 days pa. It could take a few weeks to process (kung may tagalakad). At dapat may architechtural plans na po. Depende rin yun sa munisipyo nyo kung mabilis sila mag process ng papers.

Ask ko lang po mam/sir kung may referral po kau na project design and build dto sa Dagupan Pangasinan area, salamat po.
Hi Rona! Naku, pasensya na ha. Wala kaming kakilala sa Pangasinan. Ang pwede niyong gawin ay habang nagacommute or drive around ng city kayo, tingnan niyo ang mga construction projects na ongoing. Then take note of the projects that you think are being managed well. Babain niyo and kausapin niyo. Screen niyo ang Contractor doon and ask for the client's details so you can check with them din. At least that way, kita niyo agad ang gawa nila. Tanungin niyo rin ang ga previous projects nila and saan located so you can have a look. Basically, ang gawa nila ang kanilang pinaka-resume na titingnan niyo.
What to look for at the site KUNG papayagan kayo mag-ikot:
- May Building Permit, May professionals onsite, may sistema ang pagtatrabaho, maayos ang mga trabahante
- Look at the space planning, execution ng design sa actual build
- Tama ang pagbabakal, maganda ang mga buhos (walang ampaw), skwalado ang gawa at nasa hulog, check niyo ang mga alignment ng hollow blocks, hamba etc
- Kung Finishing Stage na, Look at the small details -- makikita ang galing ng mga skilled workers diyan.
This is not an exhaustive list. Siyempre marami pang dapat tingnan, pero this way you'll have an idea. Hope this helps! God bless your build! :)
