I owned 2 high end condos in the Philippines, one from Cebu and one from Taguig, I can make 100k pesos a month for both condos. 4 rental houses in the province that can make 40k a month. I also have resort business and can make half a million or to a million a month (especially on ber months), planning to expand more locations! It’s not going to be easy, be patient and be prepared about any possibilities to your business. Don’t give up!

I have a friend who try this both business. 1st is restaurant yes malakas sya pero natalo sya sa inflation ng ingredients and pampasahod sa tao. Then the other business nya is paupahan bedspacing near robinson manila malakas din walang lugi kasi di nawawalan ng nagrerent location wise. Both business is good but stable business for rental property and walang lugi specially you own the unit. Yun lang ang mashare ko. 😁

minsan po nalulugi kpg hindi mkpgbayad ng ilang mos., at kpg umalis na maraming sira or irepair, tsaka magbabayad ka pa ng business permit, sa BIR at sa amilyar dhl ang mga permits ay yearly tumataas. Mas maganda kng marami ka pa rin source of income.
Dapat siguro my house rules or everymonth may monthly check up ng unit kung kmusta mga naging damage?

Natuto, as a seafarer na nagsisimula pa lang sa pagbabarko, nakikita ko sa sarili ko na mas inline sa akin ang passive income type of business like apartments, kasi palaging nasa malayu tayu and less yung involvement mo so pabor siya sakin.

Common misconception about being a landlord na chill chill lang. kelangan mo imaintain yung units mo and maghahanap ka din ng matinong renters. And napakatagal bago mo mabawi ung milyones mo.
Hello, di mo kailangang bawiin ang milyones mo. Sayo na yung property, asset mo na sya. Hindi sya perishable or nababawasan kagaya ng food, di rin nagdedepriciate like electronics. Yung kita sa rent is just additional income. Pag ibenta mo apartment mo, bawi mo na capital, anlaki pa ng kinita mo sa upa for years.

At age of 33 i open my first business i would say yes ang hirap mag business araw-araw kang takot kung may papasok ba na benta o wala i remember 1st day ng opening namin may bagyo isang nachos lang ung benta namin but still thankful na up to this day were still kicking even we still encounter struggle need mag habol ng benta para bayad sa renta at sweldo ng tao pero naniniwala aku sa produkto namin at sa suporta ng pamilya ko kaya di ko pa rin binibitawan but my ultimate goal is to have rental property like apartment or commercial building coz for me this is wise investment simula ng natutunan ko ang tinatawag ko na passive income i eager to have a rental business i want to retire early in my 8-5 job and to sustain the monthly income from my 8-5 job dapat may passive income aku reason why i want to have rental property.

As I watch this po.,’m so thankful that we did the right decision to build a building sa baba for rent bahay taas. Double purpose na sya.We can use one space for our own business and ibang space for rental. No need maghabol sa cost ng rent for ur business at the same time ur earning passive income.

NATUTO: I own 2 residential properties still under home mortgage - yung isa is where I live and the other one is pinapaupahan ko. Although the ROI is in long term, hindi ko na prinoproblema ang monthly amortization sa 2nd property ko since the rent covers the monthly mortgage. And by the time na fully paid ko na ang property, I am planning to sell it and enjoy the fruits at my retiring age :D

Kung ikaw ay nag tatrabaho at kaya mong umutang nang magagarang sasakyan na million2x ang halaga, umutang ka nlng para bumili o magpagawa ng paupahan. Sa limang taong pagbabayad mo sa sasakyan, walang ni isang piso kang kinita kumpara sa ininvest mo sa isang property na kikita ka pa pag pinaupahan mo o pwede mong ibenta after 5 years at higher or double the price sa inutang mo.
