    I was wondering how much of each color clay do you use in each cane? That's the only thing I see missing from your videos, otherwise I love them. Very informational, interesting, and short.

    +CraigLoves2Crochet when it is baked it is light weight, depending on the size of the project. I am a sculptor as well, and I prefer to use Sculpey because it isn't as hard as fimo and it has a creamy consistency.

    I am a new subscriber to your channel !! I just love your tutorials. I've always wanted to try making a Polymer clay cane but thought they were difficult to do. Watching your vids let me know it's not difficult at all. (n_n) Now if only my Birthday wish comes true and I get a Pasta machine I can make canes galore. L0L

    That's funny. I contacted ClaygroundUk months ago because I had heard wonders about Cernit, and although I received a first message asking for pictures of what I do and my address, I have received nothing. I have contacted them again, but I had no reply at all. Also postage was not being charged at the time (and that changed soon after), but I'm sure that if I apply now I will definitely get the clay, right? ;)

    Is cernit clay the same as Fimo, do you bake it in the oven and is it a little like plastic when finished (after baking) My daughter wants to make some buttons and brooches for her friends for Xmas and I am researching the best product to use. We are not wanting something heavy like plastercine.

    I enjoyed the video but you could not see the end result at all so that was really disappointing to watch the video for like 12 min and then not even be able to see the lemon slice up close to see what your cane style actually looks like. Please show up close pictures..... :(

    Does Cernit condition easier?

  • @emmuskha
    @emmuskha 11 лет назад

    I personally prefer Fimo over Cernit, because cernit is always too hard, and nearly impossible to condition fast. Or then its waay too soft and you can't work with it. Since its the only brand that they sell in my town, I am forced to use it, wich bugs me... Sculpey is also a very good brand that i love!
