"Heard" -- Sermon from August 3, 2024

What does it mean to recognize a voice? In this week's focus text Jesus says he is the Good Shepherd and we are all part of one flock, a flock that recognizes the voice of their Shepherd. In order to recognize a voice we need to listen for it and hear it repeatedly. There are some famous voices that are instantly recognizable. As we listen for the voice of the Good Shepherd in our lives it becomes familiar and recognizable even though it sounds different to each of us sheep!
