Johnny taught me to stay firm in my beliefs despite being faced with disgusting lies. Basically, live my life to the fullest regardless of what others try to do to stop that.
A while back I realised that Keanu Reeves is essentially a light reflection of Roman Polanski. Keanu also lost his wife and child, but unlike Roman he never fell down into becoming a evil man. Infact outside of making "Great films" Polanski has never benefited the world, Keanu meanwhile donates to charities, made his own cancer foundation which helps cancer research, then there also how he helps people in everyday life, doing things like giving them lifts, giving up seats for people and he likes to get to know them.
Polanski made disgusting horror movies I thought Rosemary's baby and The ninth gate for example were just Satan worship films. His daughter was stillborn her Mother was drinking and driving a year later they were not brutally murdered by a cult. I wouldn't make any comparison. I am disgusted with that Once Upon a Time in Hollywood film though recreating history and disrespecting victims like Sharon her friends and Bruce Lee too.

I knew that the more people pushed the story of how perfect he was, bigger would be the eventual scandal--true or not--and then suddenly he would be regarded as worse than neutral, something bad.

I don't think he is lonely or rejected he is frequently seen on motorcycle rides with Gar and others he has a girlfriend he has bandmates he's just a private person that doesn't like being exploited and it's healthy to enjoy being alone and enjoy one's own company anyway. He has a job that requires he be extroverted for interviews and promotions and working with others so some time to himself to recharge should be expected.
Look he has to deal with identity theft and stalkers too so why blame him for being somewhat antisocial it's not him with the problem it's those who harass him. It always seems to come to it that those who don't want fame are the ones most deserved of it. And in Keanu's case, I feel him pushing that fame away and showing that none of it matters, as we're all just people, is what draws people in. One thing I hope to do in my career is work on a production of his, because he definitely has had an effect on me growing up through his work.

I saw the title of this vid and thought "oh no, not more Sad Keanu/Sigma Male Goals BS"... ....but you gave us a layered and nuanced series of clips and soundbites instead, which just left his identity HIS and did not try to own him for some vested-interest personal nonsense. I'm glad. This was subtle and and still very professionally edited and compiled, in short-form. That's a tricky balance to manage: saying something without slamming a very subjective interpretation in the face of the audience - mostly using bits of interviews (and some articles) to boot. I don't think he is lonely or rejected he is frequently seen on motorcycle rides with Gar and others he has a girlfriend he has bandmates he's just a private person that doesn't like being exploited and it's healthy to enjoy being alone and enjoy one's own company anyway. He has a job that requires he be extroverted for interviews and promotions and working with others so some time to himself to recharge should be expected.

Look he has to deal with identity theft and stalkers too so why blame him for being somewhat antisocial it's not him with the problem it's those who harass him. People seem to mistake him for characters he's portrayed in films also seems like a dangerous line of work to be in attracts the wrong sort sometimes delusional types expect him to actually be Neo or John Wick? He's nice looking he's multitalented but he's not a computer hacker or assassin etc. I don't think he's stupid either just attractive looking people are often assumed to be stupid all his years of experience in the industry I expect he is quite knowledgeable more so than many of those who comment about him.

This channel is criminally underrated
It always seems to come to it that those who don't want fame are the ones most deserved of it. And in Keanu's case, I feel him pushing that fame away and showing that none of it matters, as we're all just people, is what draws people in.
One thing I hope to do in my career is work on a production of his, because he definitely has had an effect on me growing up through his work.
Agree death does truly bear a sting, time is needed to filter exactly those feelings and move forward. It is unfortunate we must work through this; at some point we all need to work through. Life is beautiful we need to give our grief, happiness, love to God, and never forget your Angels are beside you offering protection as God has ordered.

I saw the title of this vid and thought "oh no, not more Sad Keanu/Sigma Male Goals BS"...
....but you gave us a layered and nuanced series of clips and soundbites instead, which just left his identity HIS and did not try to own him for some vested-interest personal nonsense.
I'm glad. This was subtle and and still very professionally edited and compiled, in short-form. That's a tricky balance to manage: saying something without slamming a very subjective interpretation in the face of the audience - mostly using bits of interviews (and some articles) to boot. Plus, your MUBI promo was great🙂
